Jan 4, 2009 Nos yeux observent une bière de couleur cuivrée et un col de mousse modeste et persistant. Au nez on découvre un parfum de houblon d’abricot. En bouche le corps est moyen avec une effervescence moyenne. On goûte des saveurs marquées d’abricot en coalition avec une légère amertume. Le 7% est bien camouflé.

Dec 28, 2008 Clear orangish amber pour with soap sudsy white thin head. Nose is vanilla, hops, and apricots. Flavor is floral hops with a slight fruitiness that becomes more pronounced, and a nice fruity bitterness on the finish. Medium body with medium carbonation.

Dec 27, 2008 This was a good fruit beer. aroma was light and apricot/hoppy. Taste followd through with apricot to start and hopps to finish. i partulary enjoyed this beer because of the hopps as most fruit beers dont have them as much and they fall flat on this finish. this beer delivers from start to finish

Dec 17, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is lightly sweet fruit with just a hint of grain and some dough. Flavor is initially acidic then light malt and hops and then more acid only with a fruit undertone. Light to medium body, somewhat thin texture. Finishes bitter and fruity.

Dec 8, 2008 2007 Bottle - Pours orange with a medium white head...aroma is tartly fruity and hoppy, flavour is just like the 60 Minute with a dried apricot infusion and a bit more alcohol...maltier, I just really like this beer every so often...

Nov 30, 2008 Weird beer, sort of hit or miss I guess. Pours orange with a thin head. Aroma mainly hops and a slight bit of apricot. More of an IPA and not as much fruit got through...apricots are overwhelming. Decent, but I prefer their regular IPAs.

Nov 29, 2008 Bottle. Odd beer IMO. Orangish pour. Some hops and apricot on the nose with hints of malts. Flavor is hoppy and has notes of apricots and peaches, but not a lot. Ok beer...but not what I expected.

Nov 20, 2008 Updated: Dec 1, 2008Love it. This beer is totally original. The apricot goes perfectly with the IPA that Dogfish does so well. HIghly recommended.
