Pours a golden amber with a decent head and a light, sweet aroma with definite notes of apricot. Light, fresh apricot taste with a light tartness and some hops. Thing body with decent carbonation. A nice, fresh tasting beer without the off-flavours characteristic in less successful endeavours. Many thanks to G for the taste!

This is part of a beer club. Had only one bottle but was decent for the price. Poured great and had a nice finish. Would do again.

Nice rich slight cloudy amber pour, but transluscent still with a big frothy offwhite almost peachy head. Smell is mild hops, sweet malt and light apricot. Bottle isn’t very new, so perhaps the smells have faded a bit. Taste is mildly hopped, slight bit of alcohol present, with a sweet apricot syrupy taste present too. Slightly more IPA like than pure fruit beer, which is a nice change. Mouthfeel is rich and has more body than expected. Overall a great fruit beer, a good IPA and one I’d like to definitely try again very fresh. One of my favorites from DFH.

12 oz.bottle. Pours a clear deep amber color with a small off white head. The aroma is fruity with citrus hops. Flavor is sweet and fruity with a backbone of caramel malts. Dry bitter finish. Medium/full body.

Pours a clear but darker amber with a half inch white head that falls fast. Nose is apricot yes, but not powerfully so. It is rather gentle but firm. Flavor is hoppy, but seems interfered with by something. I have to wonder if hops and apricots make a viable chemical mix. Feel is nice. When it first hit my tongue I thought...this one feels good. Nice level of bubble. I have to say I was a bit let down on trying this one. I don’t think I had any over the top expectations for this one, but I don’t feel like it really delivered anything serious. Nice to try, but never again.

Bottle. Bright, fruity apricot must initially on the nose. Dry grassy hops hiding behind the initial apricot assault. Pours rich copper. Barely any head. Dry, grassy hops at first fading into some nice, but not over the top fruity flavors, then finishing with a burst of hoppy dryness. The hops stick around for a while, too. Medium bodied.

Delightful! Smells faintly of apricot, cream-colored head and amber body. Nice hops, but well balanced between hoppy and apriicot sweetness, with some bitterness to the finish. Excellent fruit beer.

12 oz. bottle. The aroma is apricot. Perhaps diluted with some hop. Hazy ripe stone fruit color with a white head that ringed. The flavor is apricot, but it is not overly sweet; the malt is balanced by the hop. It’s a play of sweet vs. bitter, and the bitter wins. The finish is fairly dry, and the bitter seems a bit like sucking apricot pits. It’s not a NW hophead IPA; it’s just a standard IPA with apricot accents. Really clean and refreshing.
