bhensonb (4187), Woodland, California, USA Sep 12, 2007 12 oz. bottle. The aroma is apricot. Perhaps diluted with some hop. Hazy ripe stone fruit color with a white head that ringed. The flavor is apricot, but it is not overly sweet; the malt is balanced by the hop. It’s a play of sweet vs. bitter, and the bitter wins. The finish is fairly dry, and the bitter seems a bit like sucking apricot pits. It’s not a NW hophead IPA; it’s just a standard IPA with apricot accents. Really clean and refreshing. footy (334), scottsdale, Arizona, USA Sep 11, 2007 4/26/05 12 oz. Reddish amber with small off white head. Mostly hop aroma. I guess I can talk myself into an apricot aroma. It does appear to have a mix of hop and apricot flavor with a decent malt background
JJClark (545), Roscoe, Illinois, USA Sep 10, 2007 Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a good size head that leaves a nice lacing. Aroma of hops and fruit (apricots), and malt. Flavor is clean with a bit of fruit and spice. Has a semi sweet taste. The apricots are barely noticed but seem to take some of the hop bitterness and tone it down. I found this to be very enjoyable and easy to drink. Nice dry hop finish without the usual hop bitterness. Graze (4), holland, Michigan, USA does not count Sep 4, 2007 Pours a light copper color with a small white head. Could not smell any apricot till it warmed a bit, mostly hops in the nose with a bit of citrus. Taste was slightly sweet and again no apricot till it warmed up a bit. Finishes with a light bitter hop taste. This beer was very clean and refreshing. A very easy drinking beer. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Updated: Jan 17, 2009

Stine (1380), St. Paul, Minnesota, USA Aug 28, 2007 Somewhat firey reddish orange pour. Creamy, staying head of yellowish white. Pretty straight aroma of apricots, sprinkled with granulated cotton candy sugar. Caramel and toasted malt strength a little on the back end. There’s a quiet rosy quality on the tongue that settles softly over the fruit, breathing a sweet fragrance into every sip. A bit papery. Clean enough, unfortunately, so as to seem chemically driven – particular hints of chlorine and something like windex. This swiftly takes a turn toward lavender and heather honey in an earthy finish. Under-carbonated and of light to medium weight. Needs a maltier bite. puggy211 (576), cordova, Tennessee, USA Aug 26, 2007 kind of smells like throwup, copper color, verry fruity taste, good but kind of weird. RCL (1443), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA Aug 24, 2007 Aroma is apricots and flowery hops. Flavor is a bit more subtle on the apricots and more focus on the hops. Kinda weird but interesting.
