Crystal clear amber pour. Medium to thick white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma is very similar to 60 minute with a hint of additional fruitiness from the apricot. Flavor is also based on 60 minute, but apricot flavor adds a lot of complexity without being overly fruity. Accompanied by a variety if citrusy and floral hops. Some malty sweetness. ---Rated via iPhone

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Aroma of earthen work and caramel malts. Not much of the apricot or Cascade detected here. Pours a clear orange-amber with full white head. Taste is malty and muddled, with nothing really standing on display. Moderate bittering.

The apricot flavors aren’t too overpowering which is very nice. A balanced finish.

Pours clear copper/orange color with a big fluffy white head. Lots of legs left on the glass. Faint hop aroma, citrus, and sweet caramel malt. Taste is grass earthy hops, mild apricot flavor, sweet, light toasted malts. Not a bad beer - average.

12 oz. bottle. Pours copper with a tight egg shell head that leaves a wispy film and collar. Aroma has caramel malt that is mineral/iron and not much else. Taste is bitter earthy herbal hops caramel malt and no real apricot flavor, if there is the hops and malt are masking it well. Palate is medium with heavy malt.

Copper. Nose of fruity caramel malt and citrus hops. Flavor is mango and caramel malt with generic hop bitterness and light vinyl in the finish.

Pours a light Amber with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with a hint of alcohol. Citrus hop, apricot, peaches, and the tartness of an under ripe plum. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Very good, I liked the citrus and stone fruit combination.

Pours a clear copper color. Thin white head with no lacing. Apricot and pine aroma. A tart and malty start with a lively carbonation finish. Not much on hop flavor. Light bitterness lingers.

This beer smelled of bready malt, fruit, and floral hops. A nice smoothe, medium body with satisfying carbonation. It has a very nicely balanced flavor of fruity tartness and hop bitterness.

Draught at hopping pig. Clear copper. Aroma of apricot, citrus, pine, caramel. Taste is sweet and bitter. Palate is tangy, crisp, good amount of dryness.
