Draft at Flying Saucer. Nice orange/brown color with a thin head. Big fruity nose. Obviously a lot of fruit tastes make up most of the character, and I was actually surprised to learn it’s make from a "strong IPA" as I didn’t pick up a significant hoppy bitterness. More so than many fruit beers, but certainly nothing like in the 60 Minute. For a style I’m generally not too fond of, this one is good and would make a nice change of pace beer, though I doubt I’d ever have more than 1 at a time. The wife likes it, which is always a plus, too.

Pours a clear orange colour with a thin, off-white head that clings to the sides of the glass. The nose hits you immediately with, you guessed it, apricots, and they’re pretty authentic smelling, like those organic fruit roll-ups. There isn’t much else to the aroma, as it is very one dimensional. The flavour is also rather one-dimensional, but its full of apricot flavour as advertised. There are some citric hops. The finish is long, fruity and a bit artificial, yet they claim ’brewed with real apricots.’ The booze is very well hidden for such a light beer, but eh....nothing special.

strong sweet smell of apricot/peach. Tast was hoppy and artifically sweet. Nice head and decent color

12 oz bottle served without a glass. Sniffing the bottle revealed a sweet syrupy apricot smell along with a touch of c-hops. Fresh apricot taste that blends with the sweet caramely backbone and light hoppyness, a bit too sweet. It was good but I tired of drinking it 2/3 of the way through the bottle.

Pours an amber with a nice foamy head. Smells a bit like a vomity lager though. Sweet, sweet, sweet apricot in flavor that is not at all appeasing. Just sweet all around here. Nice full body though, but the sweetness was just too much for me.

Good tasting beer. Very drinkable- fruit beer - what can I say. Not as fruity as I thought it would be (and that is a plus) -It hid the higher ABV very well - reminds me of a Gewurztraminer wine.
