Appearance: great appearance: burnt golden hue with a full inch frothy white head which does not dissipate at all....magnificant carbonation bubbles throughout the buody Smell: I wouldn’t say that there is much of an apricot aroma....definitely sweet candy fruit though.... Taste: a bit of apricot but not much at all....great peppery hopped out pine feel to the palate...bitter and dry but not too much...definite sweetness kicks in at times.... Notes: it says IPA on the bottle and it definitely tastes like one...I see no reason to label the style as it is when even the bottle says its an IPA..and a fairly nice one as well...not maginificant....but a good session beer every once and a while

Rich amber well-carbonated body w/ a tan head. Fruity apricot & floral nose. Apricot, malt backbone & crisp hoppy bitter finish.

Draft. Forward, hoppy aroma, with above average carbonation. Punchy hop and malt flavors; very tasty mouth feel. Smooth and minimally bitter finish belies its IPA style and relatively high ABV. Surprisingly drinkable and not astringent like other IPAs. Would definitely drink again.

Not bad. A mild aroma but it looks good poured out of the bottle. Not to hoppy and the apricot flavor comes through nicely.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a clear dark amber with an off-white that eventually settles down to a film. Aroma is sweet - malt, fruit with some hops. Taste has a nice balance of malt and hops. There is a slight sourness in the finish from the fruit. Good beer but personally, I can’t drink more than one or two at time.

Poured from 12oz bottle, hard to believe I haven’t rated this one yet, pours a clear dark amber red with a white head, aroma has a nice amount of fruit and apricot but has a touch of hops too, the flavor has a light amount of fruit on the front end with a finish of sweet malt, not great by any means but still drinkable.

Pours an amber gold with a thin white head. Aroma of bitter citrusy hops, tropical fruit, sweet caramel malt. Taste is bitter grapefruit, slightly sweet and fruity, maybe a touch of apricot. Not much apricot but a tasty ipa.

On tap at Ridgewood (Raleigh). Pours amber with light head. Very mild sweet apricot aroma. Not sure if the combo hop/apricot flavor hits the spot, though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours amber-copper with small head. Aroma of spicy, fruity citrus hops. There is a little fruit flavor in the malt base, but mostly the apricots add a fruity dimension to the hops. Tasty with a nice dry minimally bitter finish. Not as much aroma as I like, but still a delicious beer.

Pours a transparent copper with a foamy white head. Has a floral aroma. Flavor is floral hops and semisweet apricot, almost sour. This is a very pleasant fruit ipa.

Very pleasant aroma of apricot and citrus. Taste is strong picot, citrus, grapefruit, bittersweet, some alcohol but blended nicely. A good beer to sip on in the spring or summer!
