| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 5, 2008 Thanks Jason. This beer was bottled on 2/13/07. The beer pours to a clean amber body with a creamy white head. The aroma is raspberry greens and blueberries. The flavor is old blueberries, light blackberries (oddly not black raspberries), and simple pale malts. Simple flat palate with strong gut warming. Perhaps too vintage? | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Mar 4, 2008 Bottle shared by Jason. Clear red color with a fluffy white head. Smells like a bit like Berry Weiss but with a more solid malt foundation. The flavor is quite sweet; all berry and no fruit tartness. Meh. 37steel (186), St. Charles, Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Mar 3, 2008 750ml bottle. Another strange Dogifsh Head brew. A lot of berry aromas but more subdued in the flavors. Good malt background to the beer. It did not taste hot and the alcohol hid well. rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 27, 2008 Bottled 2/12/2007 (a year before drinking): While I expected scents of dark fruit due to the blueberries and blackberries, I actually got more red fruit (cherry, currant, blood orange) and plenty of spices with a touch of yeast. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and hides the 10% alcohol extremely well. The fruit shows through to the palate, transitioning to some yeast in the dry finish. Not something I’d want to drink everyday but interesting nonetheless. robforbes (1085), Bremerton, Washington, USA

pour is a clear, reddish-orange with a small egg-shell head, and a little lacing.
smell of berry, yeast, sour malt, some citrus, spice, and pepper.
taste is sweet and tart, thin, berry is definitely in there, sour malt in the back, and spice, end is sour, dry, and a little bitter. IrishBoy (2705), Bakersfield, California, USA

Nose of caramel and light berry fruitiness; hazy amber-red with a medium beige head; flavor has berries (more than the nose) toffee, and caramel malt; finish is slightly sweet! Drinkable and allright, glad I tried it this once. SuzyGreenberg (1324), Seattle, Washington, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 15, 2008 750 mL bottle - this one had been sitting around since the fall as i’m not that big on fruit beers; yet this was a tasty one; pours clear and light amber with thin white head; blueberry aromas mixed with stale hops and yeast; flavors are mild by DFH standards, but that was nice for a change; drinks smooth and slightly malty; fruit flavors are at a pleasant level that is never overpowering
