A Belgian-style Saison brewed with 5 different malt varieties, noble hops, cardamom seeds, chamomile, coriander, and tangerine peels. The beer is golden with a wonderful spiced character due to the "controlled spontaneous fermentation" with real farmhouse saison yeast. 6.5% abv 38 IBUs

On tap-Rehoboth Brew Pub. Poured a mirky, cloudy, golden color w/a moderate white foamy head. Floral aroma of Belgian hops & spice. Crisp clean fruity flavor of a classic Belgian Ale. Citrus flavor of lime or tangerine w/ traces of spice which were hard for me to place-I would call it ginger but wouldn’t argue w/ their claim of chamomile & coriander-once I looked up the defination of both!! Reminds you of a wheat beer but w/a lot more punch to it. Long thick chewy finish w/a touch of malt bitterness. Very enjoyable, very easy drinking beer.
