COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A neo-lambic ale that goes through both a yeast and bacteria fermentation and is then aged on oak chips and 400 pounds of Delaware peaches. This beer is very tart and complex. It arrives cork-finished and bottled-conditioned in champagne bottles.

Draft at EBF. Super light yellow pour with white head. Was looking for this beer for a long time. Super tart citrus fruit and peach aromas. Flavors are tart peaches, lacto and brett notes.

2013 vintage. Smell is sourness, oak, and a bit of funk. Taste is medium lactic sourness, bretty funk, oak, very faint sour peach, and a heavy aftertaste of yeast, bread, and wheat. Light to medium body, light but sharp carbonation, and no foam.

750 ml bottle sampled a couple times from notes. Pours a slightly hazy dark golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor had a nice lactic sour character, the peaches played a prominent role, funk, wood, great drinking beer that had a couple years on it at the time of the rating, I would like to have another bottle to look at today.

Pour at the Calibration Dinner @ Big Beers in Vail. Hazy peach in appearance with a small white head and light lacing. Funky, urine, stone fruit, gym socks, lemony, somewhat salty, pepper, and pineapple in the aroma. Taste still has nice peach and apricot notes, pepper, lemony, urine, horse blanket, sweaty, briney, some honey notes, and waxy with a medium sour finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. This one has developed amazingly and a real treat to try.

Bottle from Southern Johnny. Bold peach notes, lemon and funk. Finishes, sour, peachy, tart and tangy. The blend was outstanding . A very enjoyable sour.

Bottle thanks to northernbrews for sharing. Very happy to try this near-ghost. Clear gold pour with only a few tiny bubbles of carb. Smells like sour peaches, honey cereal, straw, and light perfumy flowers. Tastes like a sour bomb but with enough flavor to back it up. Funky, sour peach, honey, cereal, and olive oil. Unctuous mouthfeel (thanks for the new word in my vocabulary Tony). A little perfumy but not bad. Itís a tad messy but itís a 10 year old beer I think? I still enjoyed it a lot.
