3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught at the brewpub in Rehoboth Beach with my Griffin Avenue crew. Lightly hazy, pale straw body with a silky, snow white head. Aroma of both fresh cut and canned peaches. Syrupy impression in the nose. Medium sweet flavor with good fruit character and very pleasant tartness. Nice wheat and subtle hay-like funk notes. Very well integrated. This is a really nice, creative interpretation of a Berliner Weisse.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap-@ the Brewpub. Pours a hazy, cloudy, light yellow color w/a slight white head-looks somewhat like a glass of champagne. Definite light peach/fruit/citrus flavor. Has a lot of cardination. Pretty sweet-like a cane sugar. Long finish, almost like a desert wine. I wouldn’t drink this with dinner or all the time, good as an aptiff or after dinner drink.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
EBF 2007: Pours a hazy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma, had some peach, and light malts. Flavor, lightly tart peaches, and a sweetness to it. Very refreshing, soft carbonation. Pretty enjoyable.
