Bottle (one year old). Pours a hazy pale yellow/straw color. Bone white head. Smells tart, citrus, light fruit. Lightly tart with a slight, underlying sweetness. Light+ bodied and a touch soft. A nice, refreshing summer beer.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance:. Hazy, pale yellow, good white head. Aroma:. Fresh sweet peach aroma, , some grass/mint hops in there too. The taste is lovely - tart wine with acidic fresh peach, again some light sharp sweetly herbal hops in the finish. Light-bodied, very lively and acidic, a pleasant fruit/acid tingle on the tongue. Good.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz brown bottle with fantastic artwork, thanks Thomasm666! Poured into Spieglau IPA glass a yellow colour with fine haze, spritzy white foam, short-lived but a new head formed each time it was swirled. Grainy, subtle wheaty mouthfeel, almost no residual sweetness, intense yogurty lacto tartness, heading into sour territory. Reminiscent of a peach-infused sparkling lemonade. The peach aspect is subtle but definitely there, although if you werenít told about it, you might mistake that as natural fruity yeast esters. Extreme Champagne-like carbonation and sharp bite. Light body and bone-dry finish. Good stuff, and a perfect gateway to well-crafted sour beers. The only explanation for so many low ratings is that people didnít understand what they were drinking.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
draft that poured a hazy yellow color with white head...no real lacing to speak of. the aroma was of peaches, hay, tart, and lemon. the body is mild to medium with little carbonation. the flavor was more of the same peaches, up front and most dominant and hay/straw with lemon tartness coming on the end. you would almost think this should finish dry and crisp but it doesnít. overall decent and drinkable. just not something I would search out on a regular basis.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle from Bottled. Aroma: Peach isnít a dominant component, but present; light lemon tartness and hay in equal proportion. Appearance: Pale; hazy yellow pour with a foamy white head that fades into a lightly patchy skin. Flavor: Peach is most apparent up front with some residual hay; lemon comes in more towards the finish and increases in tartness; hay backs down as tartness increases, leading to a lingering, tart finish. Palate: Light body, slick texture, flat carbonation, long finish. Overall: This was fairly nice overall. Iíd still prefer a straightforward Berliner if given the choice.

Bottle. Pours a pale straw color with white head. Very light and tart. Not a lot of peach coming through. Finishes tart. Just okay, not my favorite style.

Wonderful peche slash Berliner donít know why low score...folks donít understand the styles and sours etc. very peach aroma and some slight banana. Flavor very tart and sour peaches. Wheat slides through with some light phenol. Peach is great with the tartness.

Just the right carbonation on this take of a Berliner weisse. Great flavor without being overdone... Perfect for a backyard grilling session

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 ounce bottle. Hazy pale gold color. Brief white head bolts quickly. Sulphury light malty nose reminiscent of navy beans in a can, really. Flavor is tart and fruity, with yeasty, "Berliner-like" characteristics. Some peach notes, though subtle. More lemon-like than peachy. Light fizzy body and palate.

Strong horse blanket aroma with some lemon zest. Taste is lemon and straw with some seltzer water like qualities in the middle of the mouth. As I drink more of this beer, a tart white peach flavor becomes more present in the finish; but it is still very subtle.
