Pours a pale golden color with no head. Looks like ginger ale. Very carbonated. Aroma of wheat. Taste is very carbonated. Very slight peach or citrus flavor. A little watery.

Tap. Not a fan. Light in color, aroma, and taste. The peach taste is there but is somewhat blah. It is not an attractive addition.

Hazy gold yellow pour bright white head. Aroma of lemony wine. Tastes like sour peaches, dicetyl, yeast esters. Just like eating an under-ripe peach. Finish is minerals and sour slightly vinous.

On tap at Global Brew. Pours a cloudy pale pink with a thin almost non-existent white head. Fruity aroma. Taste is dry, clean and tart with mild notes of peach and sweet pale malt. good stuff!

Holy Bejeebus, I’ve never said anything on this. Well, no time like the right time to say something. Here goes. Into a pint glass and a tulip, ha, no difference I’ve noticed. The appearance had a nice looking golden bronzed orange color with a nice half fingered white foamy head that quickly died. The smell had a really nice authentic peach to apricot to somewhat spicy sort of maybe "ginger" (I’m going out on a limb on that one), sigh, all tightly packed into a slightly refreshing sort of citrusy-ness. The taste was sweet fruity refreshingness over top of some nice light peachy sort of malts. On the palate, this one sat somewhat light to medium with a decent sort of refreshing quality covering my mouth and tongue and revealing a nice super Summer-y coating overall. Overall, what a nice beer by DFH, geez louise, I would love to have this again and in my opinion, I think it would go well with a nice seafood dish.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours pale yellow with a white head. Taste tart, citrus, light. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Transfer from BA review from 7-2-12 - Served on tap in a 10 oz chalice glass Appearance – Served a slightly hazy yellow color with a one finger white head. The head faded rather fast leaving only a very small amount of lacing. Smell – The aroma was heavy of sour and tart apricot and peach with some notes of lemon and wheat as well. Taste – The flavor begins more with a bit of a sour wheat and peach flavor. As the taste moves more to the middle it sours even more with some lemon flavors mixing in. These tastes mingle to take the taste to the end where a quite sour flavor with light notes of yeast are left on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The beer has a very light and crisp body with a carbonation level that is slightly higher than average. Very refreshing for the sour flavors of the brew and quite fitting. Overall – It was a pretty good easier drinking Berliner Weisse that is very nice for the summer months when you are looking for something sour and tart.

It has a hazy, light yellow colored body that produces little to no head. What little head is made on the pour quickly fizzles out leaving no head or lace. There are some visible streams of carbonation that rush to the head and quickly dissipate. The aroma has sharp sour fruit notes with pale sour wheat notes and faint grassy hops off in the distance. The first sip has a sour/tart puckering effect on the palate. There is an unripe sour peach flavor that mixes with tart wheat malt and pale grain. It finishes on the tart side with just a hint of grassy hops and mild bitterness. It has a nice level of carbonation that helps to clean the palate. The body is light with slightly thin texture.

Lovely peach beer. Light and refreshing with a musty peach aroma and a clear light gold color. Has a light fruity peach flavor with no bitter after taste.
