2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
8/13/2011. From bottle. Hazy pale yellow color with a white head. Fruity aromas with malt and spices. Light peach flavors, citrus...a bit tart with no real presence of hops.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a lightly cloudy straw yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white fizzy head that was totally gone in a matter of seconds, leaving nothing behind as far as lacing.
The aroma was somewhat light with a grain malt and an earthy cobweb yeast and just a hint of peach and a light cardboard odor.
The taste was sweetly tart right off and was present throughout, with a decent peach flavor creeping in creating a tart peach taste for the finish. The flavor lasted an average time following the swallow, with the tart fruity taste fading off the taste buds rather quickly.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery yet lightly dry texture and a mildly ticklish carbonation.
Overall I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this brew, which was slightly more intense than the aroma suggested. I could see myself sippin’ on a couple of these, as I found it to be lightly refreshing and mildly tasty... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a light orange with fizzy head that disappears. Nose shows heavy peach, sugary sweetness and a slight tartness. Taste is much the same, sweet peach up front with a lingering tart flavour. Quite refreshing on a warm night.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
2013/11/09 - Pours a dull yellow colour with a small, soapy, white head that dissipates immediately. Aroma is tart citrus, grass, slight peach and a skunky, off flavour that I can't put my finger on. Taste is a tart citrus with peach undertones. Mouthfeel is thin, with low to average, smooth carbonation. Not a big fan of this. Smell is really off putting.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Large white head. Hazy yellow color. Fruity nose. Peaches. Sweet flavor. Not very tart. Meh. Too fruity and sugary.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Not good attributes so far. Aromas of grape juice, malt likka. Taste is sweet grape juice. Like the fake champagne without alcohol. This is garbage. No. Fuck whoever dreamed this bastardization of a beer up.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Shameless tick for the style. I don’t recall if I ever had a real Berliner Weisse on a pre-ratebeer life, but if this is faithful to the original, I would probably have remembered the shock. Not my glass of beer. Sick lemon yellow, with no head to be even mentioned, foul skunky aroma and a very acidic, sharp flavour of something that resembles Hutterite home-made cider. If you have something sharp with it, like sushi with generous dollops of wasabi, it will mitigate the bite and then one can start to feel the flavours of lychee gone off. I didn’t get any peach. Nah...

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle: bright, golden-yellow, cloudy & murky with a bright white head that dissipates in just a few moments. Aroma is soft peach, chalk, a brash bit of wheat, & slight musk. Simply & somewhat one-dimensional. Flavor is full of malted wheat, grains, a peachy tartness that evolves into a back-end sweetness, & a touch of white grape & green apple skins. Crispy, refreshing finish, rather dry. Not the best example of the style, but still a decent Berliner to keep around. I’d take Bell’s Oarsman over this, though.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A fairly balanced, tart and refreshing beer for a sunny afternoon. Bubbly. But this is not Berliner-Weisse as I know it from Germany (i.e. green or red). This was uncolored and (just guessing) no syrups added therefore the fruit flavor is more subtle.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
clear and very pale with a big foamy head. Aroma of peach and sour notes. Taste sour and crisp, not too much peach, but a hint. Palate crisp and refreshing, with a peach note that increases over time. I was surprised to find a nice sour beer by dogfish (a brewery that is more known for their IPAs and experimental beers than for subtlety and quality) but I must say that this is quite good.
