Pours pale yellow & clear with a thick white head. Aroma is yeasty and a little like sourdough bread. Taste is clean and mildly sour with a little tart bite. You can kinda tell that the peaches are there, but barely. It also has a mild malty finish. Not bad for a Berliner Weisse.

Bottle. Gold, just hazy with a modest white head that doesn’t hang around long. Wheaty aroma with apples and peaches. Light bodied. Taste has some peach sweetness, modest sourness, some wood. Less interest in the tart flavours than suggested by the aroma, but pleasantly balanced. Dry. Very refreshing on a warm evening.

Again, I wish I knew more about beer, so that I could leave better comments. This is one of my favorite beers of all time. I was really surprised that it didn’t have higher numbers.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer is mostly clear and appears golden yellow in color, with a steady ascension of bubbles rising from the depths of the glass. A half inch of head gradually recedes to a thin layer of white bubbles.
The aroma is of peaches, apples, malt, tart fruit.
Nice flavor. One of my favorite brews from Dogfish Head. Tasty peach flavor, with a hint of apple. Moderate tartness is a bit more prevalent than the sweetness from the fruit. Just a slight puckering sensation in the cheeks.
Medium thin bodied with zesty carbonation. Tartness lingers on the palate for a few seconds after each sip.
Overall, a good beer and one I would have again.

Bottle thnx to Duffman! Pours a murky yellow coloured beer with a small head that leaves almost immediately. Aroma is full of peach and citrus and expresses itself directly when opening the bottle. Great! Flavour has a lot tartness, I would expect some more peachy influences, but there’re aren’t that many. Medium carbo, very dry finish. Very enjoyable to drink!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Long Island, NY - 12 oz. bottle poured a clear burnt golden color with quickly disappearing head, no lacing. Aroma is of fermented fruit, the peach comes out a little bit. Taste is a little sour with a hint of the peach. Lots of carbonation, like an expensive wine cooler or cheap champagne ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle. Pours a clear light gold with medium head of big bubbles that dissipates quickly. Aromas of cardboard, resin, and dried apricots. Similar but better taste with a sour edge that makes thing interesting and lots of scrubbing bubbles. I get the Pinot Grigio reference. OK

Usually not a fan of this style, but the peaches come out nicely in this to balance out the sour. Light and fluffy ea precedes a light mouthfeel. Flavor is sweet and sour. Nicely done.

Did not care for this. More of a peach wine. A little lemon in there too. Light and fizzy.

Funky yeast, citrus, and peach notes meet the nose. Pours a hazy yellow with a rapidly disappearing white head and no lacing. Taste is citrus sour, grain, with hints of peaches. Biscuity aftertate. Nice. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Overall, this would be great on a hot Texas afternoon. Tart and refreshing. Will drink again.
