This has a slightly cloudy, pale pour. It is slightly hazy and thin looking in the glass. Gives off farmhouse ale sour aroma, along with a lot of peach. It tastes a bit sour, and very dry, tart peach-like. It has a thin, although full flavored mouth feel. It is extremely easy to swallow, being tart and dry, not sweet and rather crisp. The sour bacteria in this delightful brew fit well in this incarnation. Its a great Berliner/Weisse. I like it, but it lacks the main thing I want in my brew, a buzz! It is so weak you can drink them like lemonade.

Pours hazy yellow, slight head dissipates quickly fair amount of bubbles streaming up, not much lacing. Aroma peach, sweet pilsner malt, fruity esters, slight noble hop. Taste sweet tart, over ripe peaches, fruity esters, more tart, no hops. Mouthfeel crisp, thin body, higher carbonation, drinks and finished like a cider, slightly dry, tart all the way through though. Overall very interesting, very drinkable, possibly a little too sweet, and not as complex as it should be.

12 oz bottle (2014) poured into a Spiegelau tulip. Slightly hazy lemonade yellow with half a finger of off-white head that fades quickly. Aromas of peaches, lemon/lime, champagne, herbs. Tastes of peaches, tropical and stone fruit, light funk, a touch of champagne/wine-like notes. Light body with a dry finish. Slightly juicy mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Could be my palate but it’s not as tart as I remember it being from the past two releases.

Slightly hazy pale gold bordering pale amber. Nose is sour lactic lemon citrus with utra-faint peach. Flavor is sour lemon and mild wehat malt with a tinge of peach in the finish. Lightly dry with good carbonation. Enjoyable brew.

2014 bottle. Pours a yellow haze. Tart and sweet with a great peach aroma. This definitely fits my palate when something sweet sounds good.

~Kind of musty earthy smell when first poured, but then when it opened up I got more sour notes and peachy aroma, wheat malt. ~Pours a hazy yellow color with quickly disappearing fizzy white head. ~Flavor is tart and peachy with light earthiness and wheat malt. ~Light bodied with high prickly CO2, lingering tartness. Crisp and refreshing. ~ Great summer brew. Refreshing and tart. Could drink quite a few of these before getting bored of it.
