Pours a clear strAw yellow with a thick vibrant white head. Has a tart fruit aroma unique and non familiar to most peach beers. Starts tart with a very refreshing carbonation and lightness. A slight sweetness before finishing sour. Despite its tart flavor it is surprisingly easy on the pallet.

Tart and refreshing. Sour peaches. Flavor could be a little more pronounced and it seemed a bit watered down, but this was a tasty beer. Deserves to be higher than it is.

Earthy scents of peaches over a rotting wheat cement smell. Beautiful hazy gold with slowly fading white head. Nice smooth peach flavor over a slightly tart wheat base. Goes down smooth. Mouth is left with a light acidic peach essence aftertaste.

Pours a very clear, pale straw color with a lot of carbonation. Nose has a grainy, funky tart smell...not all that pleasant. Taste is very different than the appearance, but consistent with the smell. Very tart/sour, with a touch of malt. This is very light - I hesitate to use refreshing because the tartness prevented anything more than drinking sip by sip. An interesting effort, but so-so. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle pours a pale slightly hazy straw color. Mild sourness from the peach and good peach flavor that dissipates quickly to leave it a little bland at the end.

Perhaps I am a bit biased being a lover of peaches, but I quite enjoyed this mix of sweet and sour.

This pours a fairly pale yellow color with a slight, white head. The aroma is mild with a hint of grain and peaches in the mix. The taste is really different than you would expect from the look and aroma. It’s sweet with a decent flavor of grain and peaches. The texture is smooth and light that make for an easy summer drinking brew. Not and big and bold as most Dogfish head beers, but delicious just the same.

Pours a golden color with plenty of white head. Peaches, tartness, some raw wheat notes, and a bit of floral notes on the nose; follows onto the palate. Finishes dry and tart.

Salmoniform (459) - Sweet Home, Oregon, USA - MAY 26, 2014
Poured from bottle to glass. Golden straw hue with fizzy clear bubbles and no head. Aroma is medicinal, sulphur, peaches, possible faint lacto? Mouthfeel is refreshing with a light body and great carbonation. Taste is dry sweetness initially with a metallic astringent following and slightly tart finish. Overall this was not too impressive. It came across as medicinal and a bit too sulphury.
