3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle to pint glass. Pours a classic Berliner Weisse color -- pale golden straw -- with a white fizzy head that fades to nothing within seconds. Aroma is reminiscent of canned peaches, sweet and not exactly fresh. There’s also a drier peach skin note that lends a little more realism to this beer. Flavor is watered down peach juice, grainy tart malts, and citrus flavor Vitamin Water. Needs a dry lactic bite at the end. The finish isn’t very crisp.

On draught at hop a d vine fire and brimstone fest - ran through habanero, jalapeño, Thai chilies- pours out clear yellow, no head and few bubbles. Nose is complex blend of peppers and fruit. Taste is habanero dominated with hints of peach and citrus.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
From 8/30 tasting notes - nose is heavy peach which is similar to sweaty feet, kind of strange. Beer is very light and thin, bubbly, not very sour, light tart notes. Peach dominates the flavor. OK beer, there are better Berliners out there.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: The body is straw to orange with a slight haze. The head is very fizzy and very short lived, much like the head on a soda. No remnant of a head
Aroma: The aroma is very weak, hints of tart, sulfur and sweet peach.
Taste: The flavor is moderately tart with sweet peach underlying it. This drinks nicely, refreshing.
Palate: Light bodied, lots of carbonation.
Overall: This is a beer that has immensely grown on me. It was too tart at first, but now it’s pleasant, like drinking a soda. I enjoy this.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: SEP 4, 2013 12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, Spring 2013 bottling. Pours lightly hazy pale golden color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense white head with solid retention, that reduces to a thin lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big peach, pear, tart lemon, apple, floral, grass, wheat, light bread, pepper, and floral/yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of peach with tart/fruity/spicy yeast ester notes; and solid strength. Taste of peach, pear, lemon, apple, floral, grass, pepper, wheat, light bread, and floral/yeast earthiness. Light fruity tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of peach, light fruits, floral, grass, pepper, wheat, light bread, and earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Nice balance and complexity of peach concentrate with malt and yeast flavors; with zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and light bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and fairly prickly mouthfeel this is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming noticed after the finish as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is a nice flavored Berliner weisse style. Nice balance of flavors with solid robustness; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A nicely enjoyable and very session-able offering.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a pale yellow with a pretty much inexistant white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is not that good, with some tomato juice impressions (not sure how to describe it other than that, acidic and vegetal/fruity). Taste is not bad but not really tart (can it still be described as a berliner weisse in that case?), not really bitter nor really sweet either. Flavors of peach emerge as it warms but I couldn’t pick any at first (drank cold at the start). Body is light and mouthfeel is a bit thin (not quite watery). I wouldn’t have this one again but it wasn’t offensive though. In fact, it wasn’t much...

On tap at falling rock. Aroma isn’t very appealing but taste is pretty decent. I do like the tart. Overall okay, but not going to probably get it again
