Bottle from Jonis. With Wicked Weed down the road I should probably not bother with substandard sours. Not quite average. Pours a thin, wimpy orange gold with a quickly dissipating head. Sour notes are there but not well balanced. Peach comes through at the end but sour (the unpleasant kind) notes dominate. Somewhat soapy. Not great. Not even good. Definitely average.

Very light and fruity. High carbonation and quite refreshing. Would try again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy straw yellow with a thin white head that leaves an attractive skim. Big peach nose, almost peach pie spice with tart undertone. In the glass, though, it passes tart, goes directly to sour and stays there. Despite looking inert, it has an almost champagne fizz that adds a festive touch. Like the aroma, though, this seems at odds with the sourness. Dogfish Head almost always had interesting ideas, but like many of them, the execution of this brew sends mixed messages.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden color with white head. Tart, citrus, lemon, sour grains aromas. Tart, peach, citrus fruity, wheat flavors. Peach much more prominent in the flavor than the aroma.

Dogfish Head Festina Peche has a medium, off-white head, a light gold, mostly murky appearance, with thin lacing and some bubbles present. Lacing is not high or heavy. The aroma is of sourness, tartness, peaches, warhead candy, a wheat bread. Taste is the same with low bitterness and high sour tartness. Mouthfeel is medium, and Dogfish Head Festina Peche finishes on the dry side. RJT

Typical wheat beer haze. Aroma is malty, peach is subtle. Flavor is sweet juicy, fruit forward, some acid to balance.

Pours a slightly hazy straw color with minimal head. The aroma is sour and acidic with subtle peach. The flavor is sour with a fruity tartness. The peach flavor is nicely balanced, present but not overwhelming. Light body with moderate to high carbonation. The finish is dry. Overall I thought this was a nice refreshing Berliner Weisse. The peach juice addition was well done. It added a fruity tartness to the beer but didn’t dominate or give the beer a juice-like quality.

Pours light yellow with a thin white cap. Lightly fruity aroma. Taste is lightly sweet and sour. Lightly refreshing.

Poured from a 32oz grunt into a pint glass. Pours a very hazy, off-yellow color, with plenty of white head. Smells of peaches. Tastes a peach seltzer drink... go grab a better peach brew.

Heavy peach aroma. Ripe and estery. Flavor is tart peaches with yeast backbone. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
