Nice carbonation. Sour and fruity on the front end with a finish that tastes of malt. Not the best thing Iíve had, but definitely interesting and drinkable. As a big fan of sour beers this one is a pleasant experience for sure.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap in a sample glass at the Farmhouse: Pours hazy yellow / golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is really lemony with a hint of funk. Taste is sour and lemon. Iím not picking up on the peach. Light body, medium carbonation, soft mouthfeel. Itís OK.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Light aroma, almost like a lemon cleanser. Tart flavor- hint of peach but may not note notice if not looking for it. Overall, a mediocre Berliner weisse.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From a 355ml bottle on 11/11/2014. Pours a slightly cloudy light golden with a small head which disappears almost immediately. Has a modest, slightly sharp, vinous, fruity nose. Flavour wise, itís a touch odd, with an incongruous sour peach with a moderate tart bitterness finishing things off. Has a medium body and average to lively carbonation. Just okay and wouldnít have again.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from 12 fl oz bottle. Hazy pale golden yellow with minimal white head. Peach, mild tartness, yeast. Dry-ish finish. Quite enjoyed. I can see the wine comparable being a pinot grigio (in the ratebeer description).

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Foggy very pale yellow, not much in the way of bubbles. Aroma of french bread, barnyard, peach (I suppose). Taste is sweet, sour, bitter. Strong bread character underlying. Honestly tastes like wheat itself. With peaches. And sour. Refreshing.

355ml Bottle as a gift from Virginia, USA:
I quite enjoyed this one from Dogfish Head, it definitely wasnít the classic that I was hoping for but it had enough going for it to keep things interesting & enjoyable, particularly because Iíve frequently found Berliner Weisse beers a little too strong & overpowering at times. The beer had a pleasant citrus & peach taste to it that went down relatively easily, particularly after it settled down & opened up some; itís one well worth trying but Iíd probably opt for something else over this one if I ever came across it in future.

Slight peach in the nose. Crisp on the pallet with an earthy peach after taste. Not overly sweet. Overall a very drinkable beer in the style.

Aroma: prosecco with peaches. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, small, white head. Taste: medium sour. Palate: lively carbonation, turns quite bitter in the average long finish. Overall: OK Berlin we Weiss, lovely peachy aroma and palate. Pint at Rattle N Hum, Manhattan.
