Nice carbonation. Sour and fruity on the front end with a finish that tastes of malt. Not the best thing Ive had, but definitely interesting and drinkable. As a big fan of sour beers this one is a pleasant experience for sure.

Clean crisp and a little peachy. Tastes slightly like a pino Grigio. V ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Im not the biggest fan of peach, but I thought this would be a nice beer to try on a hot summer day. It is just too citrisy and very thin bodied. Only the slightest hint at peach, and almost no hint at malt. To me, it was like drinking peached flavored hop wash.

Pours a clear murky gold with white head. Aroma of funky peach, mold, must, sour grape, sour apple, wheat, yeast. Flavor is sweet peach and tart lemon apple. Light sweet mouthfeel, fairly carbonated. Meh.

An unpleasant aroma of sour milk, clear pale gold colour. Tastes much bitter than the aroma, sour taste, with a nice tart finish.

Bottle. Poured light straw, short white head. Peach, peach, peach. Definitely a great summer beer. Could pair easily with quite a few foods. Was included in this months beer club and good enough to go back and buy a few more bottles. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draught during the 4th Annual Fire & Brimstone Festival at Hop & Vine. Infused via Randall with Thai chilies. Clear greenish-hued yellow color. Aroma is light sour funk, subtle peach, and a bit of chili heat. Taste is similar, with a sour peach note and the chilies adding a nice bite. The berlinerweisse is very refreshing, and the heat is a welcome addition that works well.

Bottle poured into stemmed wine glass. A weisse beer that is absolutely reminiscent of a white wine. Effervescent fizzy carbonation, with a light sourness. Was expecting a puckering of the lips but found this to be softened out by the addition of the peach. Would absolutely go well with most food items, especially meats or seafood. Very enjoyable.

Poured this one out of a bottle. Appearance is a clear, light straw with fine bubbles, almost like a champagne. Aroma is tart with tons of peach. Taste is light and refreshing, again with loads of peach. This is a great beer that is refreshing and tart.

This has a slightly cloudy, pale pour. It is slightly hazy and thin looking in the glass. Gives off farmhouse ale sour aroma, along with a lot of peach. It tastes a bit sour, and very dry, tart peach-like. It has a thin, although full flavored mouth feel. It is extremely easy to swallow, being tart and dry, not sweet and rather crisp. The sour bacteria in this delightful brew fit well in this incarnation. Its a great Berliner/Weisse. I like it, but it lacks the main thing I want in my brew, a buzz! It is so weak you can drink them like lemonade.

Pours hazy yellow, slight head dissipates quickly fair amount of bubbles streaming up, not much lacing. Aroma peach, sweet pilsner malt, fruity esters, slight noble hop. Taste sweet tart, over ripe peaches, fruity esters, more tart, no hops. Mouthfeel crisp, thin body, higher carbonation, drinks and finished like a cider, slightly dry, tart all the way through though. Overall very interesting, very drinkable, possibly a little too sweet, and not as complex as it should be.
