12 oz bottle from Wegman’s - Paoli, PA - Bought this with my girlfriend in mind .Neo-Berliner Weisse + peaches = a slam dunk no brainer for a girl who loves hefe weizens and summer fruit. Or at least I thought! This beer is not as advertised, and her loss has been my gain! Pours hazy yellow with minimal head, eventually fading into a narrow ring. Light bodied with hints of peach, prosecco and wheatgrass. Taste is initially very peachy, almost like a concentrated juice. But it quickly morphes into a tart, pseudo cider/lambic beer. Very one of a kind. I am getting into sour beers and Festina Peche is right on the precipice of being a sour. Really good, not sure why it is not being rated better..

Location: 4 pack from Whole Foods Market in Redwood City, CA
Aroma: Light commercial corn funk, white wine, underripe peaches
Taste: Tart underripe peaches, white wine
Palate: Crisp
Overall: A little underwhelming in the peach department, was hoping for something a little juicier. Had more of a mineral, white wine, commercial pils component going on.

Bottle. It poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. The aroma was of malts, peaches, some citrus and tartness. The taste was similar to the aroma with more peaches, citrus and tartness. It had a light to medium sweet sour finish. Tasty.

On tap at Joe. Pours very pale. Slightly sour with just a bit of peaches. A good summer day sour. Not bad!

Tap at Five Points Pizza, Nashville, 13th July 16. Taste is astringent, acidic, maybe some peach, sour, in a bad way, although refreshing, unsophisticated, not for me.

12oz bottle from Eataly in NYC. The Weisse beer poured a cloudy straw color with an off white head. The aroma of peaches is quickly detected. The rich sour taste of this style is appealing. Peaches add a balance to the sourness. The beer has a light body and soft carbonation. This was recommended at the Eataly by their beer purchaser. The sour comes at you all the way to the last swallow.
