Huge sour tart nose with a riesling type waft. Pours see thru sparkling yellow with almost no head but plenty of bubbles, the beer is almost clear. Balanced carbonation with a crisp finish a lighter body. I enjoy the flavor but honestly I don;t see where the peaches are... I might be missing something. Flavor is tart, intense and very white wine in nature. almost like a sparkling beer if you will. There is some subtle notes of peach on the back when ti warms up a tad. I really enjoy this. Just wish for more peach up front....

On tap. Hazy yellow pour with thick white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, peaches, lemon citrus and faint vinegar. Taste of lemon citrus, unripe peaches, yeast, wheat and lychee. Light bodied, higher carbonation, nice and crisp and refreshing. Great summer beer.

Golden-apple juice colored body, minimal white head and lacing. Sweet, candied peaches, light lactic quality, some other stonefruits. Medium to light bodied, lively carbonation, slightly cloying towards the finish, modest acidity.

Poured from bottle. Aroma of citrus, peach and wheat. Cloudy gold with lacing head. Wow - this is sour. I taste much more lemon than peach, along with wheat and sour apple. OK, but really not my cappa tea.

Pours a light, slightly hazy yellow color with a tiny white head. Aroma is very light, in fact I’m having trouble smelling it. I guess there’s some sourness in the smell, that familiar berliner weiss thing, and a hint of peaches. The taste is light a sour. Really light peach taste, grass, sour lemons, so refreshing. I really like this style of beer.

Syzzer (590) - Oregon, USA - AUG 13, 2014
Poured from 12 oz bottle. Hay yellow murky. Ok white head that reduces to rim and spots within. Med-light & crisp; tart some sourness. Definite yeast character. 10 for Berliner-weisse style, bonus for yeast character. 8.6 bd. 6.5 jd because sour

Has a very tart peach flavor to it. Very crisp. Good flavor, but not my favorite style.

Bottle (12oz): poured cloudy white. For me too fizzy. Too peachy and not enough hops. No need to get again

Slightly hazy yellow brew with no head and little carbonation. Looked like a glass of urine. Smell was like sour apple and funk. Really began thinking this was a bad batch till I read other ratings. Taste was very sour, like peaches picked before they was ripe and ready. Not sure what the deal is with Dogfish Head but I have yet to find anything good and for the high price too. Someone there must think they are good at what they do but sadly they are wrong. Glad I only got one bottle of this sink pour.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a thick pure white head. Unpleasant aroma that is a bit peachy but has more of a vomit smell. Taste is like a sour peach cider. Finish is very tart. Body is light and fizzy.
