Pours a straw yellow with medium white head, very little retention. Aroma is not what I expected, but it is pleasant. Not exactly peaches up front, more like a mild peach nectar. We’ve got some hay, wheat, and a nice funkiness. Flavor is surprisingly acidic, peach takes a back seat, lots of wheat and a mild yeast flavor. Doesn’t sit on the palate all that well though, very dry and leaves a bit of cotton mouth after.

Bottle. Slightly sourish peach juice. soap, and pastrami nose. Very pale cloudy straw color, with a 2cm white head. Some mild puckering fruit / mid gets astringent and then smooths out; a bit salty, too / finish is tangy and fruity; some citrus and light sour notes. Interesting stuff. Would be absolutely lovely as a summer beer. Pretty good right now, at the end of winter here.

Very crisp very clean peach taste, personally I am bias because I am a huge peach fan. Very carbonated slighty sour and dry like white wine. It’s a very cool and refeshing beer and I think it would be perfect for a summer time spent outside!

I really love this drink. It has a delightful taste but it doesn’t taste like a traditional beer. It tastes more like a delightful citrusy, peach cider or lemonade.

Not much in the nose other than than a sour note. Slight tang and effervescent palate. Taste of fresh peach with a very clean finish. Can see myself shrinking mourn on a hot summer day.

A-unfiltered golden with virtually no head and absent any mentionable lacing. S-strong aromas of ripe peach and rich honey. Floral and honey suckle notes mix with lemon and fresh cut grass to complete the succinct smell. M-well carbonated, acidic and sweet with a lightly sticky sensation. T-peach and honey overwhelm most of the taste. Some tart lemon, floral and grass notes support the middle. The ending is short and sweet with a little lemon and peach. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz bottle into pint glass. Hazy light golden color with white head. Aroma of fruity sour peaches. Taste is tart, bubbly, some white grapes (making this somewhat like chardonnay) and some wheat notes. Light body, high carbonation, somewhat acidic, refreshing. For a fruit beer very good.
