Sweet rassberry and alcohol aroma. Pours a light red. The flavor is so smooth, sweet rassberry liquor. You would not know its 18%.

Thanx to Jason at Knightly for this awesome brew.He is the 1st to be selling this fantastic stuff in Central FL.Pours a nice Peachish reddish color with nice bubbles.Hugh aroma of rasberries with the taste to follow. The only signs of this being a high octane beer is the warming as it goes down.a small sour finish, by far one of the best DFH brews.

Bottle shared with Ralph, HogTownHarry, blankboy, DougShoemaker & mds - courtesy of Ralph. Beautiful golden-copper colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart, a bit funky, fruity (raspberries obviously, but also a but of peach). Body is crisp. Flavour is quite dry, with juicy tart raspberries coming through loud and clear. The finish has a hint of alcohol warmth, but not nearly as much as you might expect from an 18% beer. A really fantastic treat!

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, Ralph, DougShoemaker & mds -- courtesy of Ralph. Pours a slightly bubbly clear orange with a spare fizzy white head. Very nice, sweet fruity aroma and to my surprise, I could not smell any alcohol. Impressive tart fruit flavour, comparable to a nice sparkling wine. The 18% alcohol makes itself known in the taste but not in an unpleasant way. An interesting and enjoyable brew from DFH.

Bottle (750ml). Shared with R, blankboy, GregClow, DougShoemaker, and mds, courtesy of R. Poured bright bubbly deep peach with a smallish lasting (nyah, Doug!) white fizzy head. Aroma of tart fruit (which resolved to peach/apricot as it warmed), sour champagne - simple but very appealing, and I could not detect any alcohol. Taste - there’s the alcohol! - and tart bitter fruit, simple, sour, nice fruit brew. Mouthfeel is sticky, only slightly carbonated, acidic, long fairly bitter finish after a syrupy-sweet start. This was terrific with the stinky cheese!

bottle. sparkling orange with a small white head. aroma is beautiful - apricot and raspberries with some sugar sweetness but I couldn’t detect any alcohol. very nice fruit flavours - sweet strawberries and a soft tartness well married with notes of chocolate towards the end. complex and tasty. alcohol is present but well received and doesn’t feel nearly as high as 18%. awesome.

Tried this as it was brand new. Kind of a strong fruit brew. Different. Found the berries under all that up front alcohol.

Not bad. I thought it would be darker, I was expecting more of a lambic style beer from what the waitress said. It was more like a fruity belgian strong ale. Pretty sweet, didn’t really excite me.

Pours a hazy, light amber with a puffy white head. Aroma is rather light, mostly sweet with loads of alcohol. Flavor is also very alcoholic and sweet, a la 120min, but with some raspberry notes in the background. An interesting concoction, but not one I would drink more than once.
