On tap @ Buckeye Beer Engine 12/6/07: Hazy gold w/ a large, lasting, white head. Soapy hop aroma at first, grainly pils malt w/ some bready malt & yeasty notes. Slight sulphury w/ spicy and floral hops. Spicy hop flavor w/ a restrained malty character. Floral hops in the dry, lightly bitter finish. Mostly clean w/ a light green apple. Aftertaste is spicy and floral hops. Spritzy mouthfeel from carbonation, light body, dry mouthfeel. Nice pilsner! Not a huge fan of pilsners, but this is a nice beer!

Jul 4, 2008 Draft at the brewery in DE. Pours a light yellow orange body. DFH hops the shit out of it. I more or less have a number to go on.

May 23, 2008 ok fantastic, up there with the big boys of Italy. Not that obnoxious. Well hopped in the way you would expect grapefruit and bitter in the finish. A bit floral by lacking the grass notes i so love in pill, awesome none the less.

May 22, 2008 Solid beer! Yellow golen color. Typical dogfish hop.. Nose is clean, grass, notes of citrus hops. Flavor is clean, bitter, floral hop. Bitter lingering caboose.

Apr 17, 2008 Draft @ papago. Came a nice clear golden with medium white head. Aroma was hoppy, slightly malty, but overall quite light. Flavor is plenty malty leading to a decently bitter and fresh hoppy ending. No surprises here, I enjoyed this as a break between some of the heavier stuff I had during the afternoon and it paired well with the pizza.

Pours a nice clear yellow with a foamy white head. Aroma of hops, malt a little yeast. Big taste in this pilsner, lots of hop bitterness. Lots of taste in a not so big beer.
