Commercial Description:
Lawnmower Light is our intro for those who need a little help jumping feet first into the crazy world that is Dogfish Head beer. It's a starter beer, but it's not dumbed down. Lawnmower is made with quality ingredients and is a great thirst quencher - perfect to enjoy after a day in the sun mowing the lawn (or anything else that gets you hot and bothered)!

A crisp American original brewed to 10deg. plato from American 2-row pale malt and 20% corn and expertly balanced with 9 IBU's.

Draft at DFH in DE. Well what do you expect from the name. Its pale its piss it goes down easy and its got some sweet malt and very little hops to desire.

Not sure if the lower score here is really a response to the taste or just that I tasted this alongside the great dogfish heads. Just can’t stand up. There’s nothing bad here, but there’s nothing much to it--although I guess that’s the point of this one.

Tap at DFH Rehobeth. Pours out a mostly clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of some malts with a little grassy hop. Taste is refreshing but a bit watery, sweet malts, grassy hops. Wish I could get this in a bottle here so I can try to get my friends who like crap into a decent beer brand.

Draft at Falls Church. Pours a golden yellow color, small white head. Aroma is grassy. The flavor is what you’d expect from a light, almost lager like beer. It’s not bad - but I would shy away from it unless the only alternative was Bud or Miller. However, I would suggest this to anyone who generally only drinks those types of beers.

On tap a Falls Church, pours a golden yellow with a bit of a white head. Light refreshing ale, tastes more of a pilsner to me. Not bad at all definitely better than your average macro, would make a good session beer ,nice light malt flavor.
