My deepest desire is to drink this one straight out of the bottle, with the bag for my coozie, but the clumps of yeast at the bottom have stolen my dream. This beer has a momentary head that quickly fades to nothing. The beer is a translucent golden hue. There is a faintly noticeable corny, malty smell. The 7%ABV is definitely noticed. This tastes like typical malt liquor backed by a little caramel malt. No hops anywhere in sight. This second pour has a larger head that lasts longer. The mouthfeel is a little syrupy, but silky smooth. The drinkability is high, as this is a nice change of pace from the barlewines; big stouts; IIPAs; and other full flavored beers that I tend to drink. All of this being said, I will probably never buy this or any other beer of this style ever again. This beer pairs well with some Boyz In Tha Hood. 40oz from StFun, thanks Josh! I couldn’t be a thug and drink it out of the bottle for some reason... so I poured into a glass. I did listen to some DMX while drinking it and packing for my trip to ME. Temperture was about 50F. Aroma remininded me of a macro. I could smell the corn. Color was a amber/orange color. Taste was suprisingly sweet malt. I am not sure how old this bottle is so it might of mellowed out. But it was better then expected. Texture was light but sugary. Low carbonation. Overall not a bad beer... Thanks JOSH!!!!!!

40, thanks to Josh! Poured clear, brilliant ornage with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma was sweet with pale malts, corn, and orange zest.. no noticable hops, but it showed a great deal of oxidation.. can’t say there was anything unpleasant here. The flavor picked up sweet caramel and corn again at the core with spicy alcohol and orange zest around the edges.. the adjuncts were heavy but were used rather well.. sweeter orangey finish with some residual sugars. Medium-bodied and stronger on the back-end.. lots of residual sugar and syrupy adjuncts.. this was aiight, yo.

Drank this last night...well, drank some and then accidentally spilled some and then drank the remainder. It was way better than I thought it would be. I was expecting utter crap, watery and without flavor, but this was quite the opposite. Gold in color, nice malty aroma, and the flavor was simple malty goodness with the faintest hint of alcohol. Yes, there were yeast particles floating throughout. That kind of distracted me from appreciating the full taste, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Drank this in Washington DC. It was much better then I thoght it would be. It did have a bit of floaties in it. But overall the best malt liquor I’ve had. Much better then Rogue’s Daddy’s Little Helper. I was suprised that it is retired.
