COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This here beer is a lagerific departure for our ale-centric brewery. A marriage of old world tradition and new world innovation, My Antonia is brewed with pilsner malt and continually-hopped with a blend of Noble and West Coast hops.

Rated on 8-12-2011. This beer is served in a snifter and its appearance is a medium sized frothy white head with a long retention, hazy body, fast rising carbonation, and a generous amount of lacing. The aroma is malty, citrus and pine hops. The taste is moderately bitter, malt, citrus, and pine hops. The mouthfeel is lively and this beer is medium bodied. This beer is very quaffable with a very nice hop flavor. It is worth trying and a beer I would drink again.

Pours golden with a slight haze. Lots of carbonation. Soapy 2 finger head that lasts. Smells hoppy. Tastes of citrus and tropical fruit. Light malts. I barely notice the alcohol. Very dry finish. Great Imperial Pilsner!

Aromas of pilsner malts, grass, combine with floral notes. Pours a beautiful slightly hazy yellow-gold with a monsterious frothy white, mostly lasting, head and abundent fine lacing. The taste is biscuit, lightly sweet malts, with floral notes, and noble hops. Medium body and medium crisp carbonation. In summy, this is a very satisfying beer, with a lot flavor to savor.

Wet, murky golden color. Decent finger of head, very good lacing. Malt aroma is earthy as hell; malts are crisp and Euro. The flavor is bitter Euro stuff, with bitter grapefruit hop. Feels very dry, champagne carbonation. It’s not my style but it works.

At my place with watching a French movie by myself after work. Aroma is cantellop, soft Mellon. Taste is soft on the front then a big raw malt lager bite. It is interesting and good in some ways, but the big imperial lager malt note is too much too dry and lasts too long.

Medium gold pour, thick white head...nice. Nose is green grain and European hops. Bitter, with medium mouth-feel. Middle is light roasted grain and hint of pear. Finish is alcohol and hop bitterness. It is hard for me to find lagers I really like, this is one.

750ml bottle at Hoppy pub Thessaloniki. Hazy yellow color with white head. Malty and fruity aroma (mandarin?). Medium body with sweet and fruity taste again and more bitter finish.

On tap at Gaithersburg. Clear golden color, really great for hops, just right as in Jever, but bigger.
