COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This here beer is a lagerific departure for our ale-centric brewery. A marriage of old world tradition and new world innovation, My Antonia is brewed with pilsner malt and continually-hopped with a blend of Noble and West Coast hops.

Bomber bottle - pours clear light gold, some visible carbonation and a nice white head. Aroma is light and floral. With so many IPAs around these days, you forget what a crisp pilsner can taste like. Well this has a bit more ummph. A bit maltier and more hop flavor and hop biterness. It is tending to a pale ale almost but with a backed off hop bite. Nice, clean and tasty, just takes a bit of mental adjustment to appreciate it being a pisner base.

A hazy orange pour. A citrus, hoppy, and floral aroma. A superb pilsner taste that is a mix of citrus and floral hops. Although it tastes more like a trippel, it is my favorite pilsner to date.

750ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a thick white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, and light florals. Taste is hoppy like an IPA but not as strong as one. Malt and bitterness is moderate and great. High carbonation. Big fan so far, tastes very traditional like a trippel or quad but with a pilsner finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cloudy gold hue with very big foamy white head, get the pilsner malt, kind of bread like, bitter tart hop as a nice balance, not hopped like an ipa, more like a belgian trippel, decent, from memory like Golden Shower Better

Gold pour with a white head. Nose is grassy hops, florals, light alcohol. Easy on the palate, bitter malts, grassy hops, easy finish.

I don’t know if it would make fans of traditional pilsners happy, but it has a lot to appeal to this IPA fan. The body is a cloudy yellow with a tremendous head. The aroma is heavy on floral and pine from the Nobel hops, and not a lot else. There is buttery malt in the flavor, but the hops are dominant and forward. I actually enjoyed this quite a bit, but I’d have enjoyed a good IPA as much or more.

750ml bottle experience : Intriguing style that reminds me a lot of a spicy ipa. Hoppy assertiveness and spicy--little creamy, but a sharp finish. Fun beverage to try, but probably no re-buy.

Botella. Presencia limpia y dorada con corona blanca persistente. Aroma cítrico y floral con buena carga de caramelo. En boca entra dulce y rápido pasa a resina y hierbas. Con un final seco y amargo.

Pours amber with thick white head and tons of lace. Aroma is bread, grapefruit. Taste follows suit with aroma with good hop bitterness, lively carbonation, sticky finish.

Pours a cloudy orange colour with slightly off-white head. Nose is citrus and caramel on top of bready grainy malt with some slight citrus. Taste is somewhat similar as aroma witha citrus bitter finish with some grassiness with a tinge of alcohol. Not bad.

750ml bottle. Pours a golden orange color with fluffy a white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit and other tropical fruits, with some malty caramel. Taste is bready malts up front, with a considerable amount of citrus and fruity hops.
