Bottle. The pour was a cloudy golden amber with a huge (3-4 finger) foamy white head that had great retention, lasting throughout with some really nice spotty lacing.
The aroma was very strong scented of citrus and herbal hops with a grain malt and a nice dose of an earthy yeast and a mild hint citrus.
The taste was bitter right off with a nice hoppy presence then became a little bitter-sour with a touch of citrus and had a large taste of yeast at the end (typical for a pilsner). The flavor lasted a good long time with the hops, yeast and citrus meshing nicely on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was just a bit heavier than light in body with a very dry texture and a bold carbonation.
Overall a nice crisp hoppy Pilsner, I am always thankful when a brewer brews beer like this.

This is more like a pilsner, than anything. Pours a somewhat cloudy golden color. Aroma was typical pilsner malt with some spice and hop notes. Taste was on the bitter side, but refreshing, with a good balance of malt and hops. There was a hint of lemon. Emphasis was on the noble hops rather than west coast hops. Full-bodied strong mouthfeel and a grainy texture. Still very drinkable, and very good.

Foggy orange yellow pour from 22oz bottle. Weird taste. Good though. Graham cracker and earthy wheat taste. Sweet grassy aroma. Had at lake. Not bad

Bottle from Pioppi’s. Pours out a hazy light lemony color. Big white head that settles to a thick lace. Aroma and flavor is on the strong, sweet side. Some hopping. Too sweet in the middle. Lingering bitterness.

My first dogfish head. Not entirely impressed or dissapointed. Underwhelmed? Possibly. Everything was a little better than okay. I guess expectations were too high.

Cloudy golden color. Fine body. Less aroma than some pilsners, but bitter and sharp aftertaste.

On tap at O’Connors. Hazy golden with white head. Aroma fruity and malty with mild alcohol notes. Taste is balanced between alcohol, sweet malt and hop notes. Pleasant

Delicious beer, great flavors, strong ABV without feeling like it at all. Tastes somewhat farmhousey but better.

Aroma is sweet with a slight sense of hops. Pour is golden with a white foamy top. Taste is GREAT. I’m not a pilsner lover per se, but this is great! Lots of tastes coming through - starts off with citrus (and really through out) finishing with a nice hoppy taste. Had this on draft.

Beautiful bottle shape from the hive. Notes from memory. Really creamy pour, hazy golden. Lovely hoppy pils taste, slightly sweet. Tasty.

Pours a deep golden color with three fingers of eggshell foam. Lots of spicy noble hop influence with some underlying citrus, round malt that is a bit more sweet and less doughy than I enjoy. Front to back bitterness with some lingering grassy dankness.
