COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

Pale straw color....not much head. VERY effervescent. Subtle banana and clove in the nose. A nice light body with all the right character of a Wit. Well done.

Poured into an English pint glass from a bottled dated 2011 108 3.

A: Very pale straw colored body, on the pour I wondered if my bottle was ruined somehow with how pale it poured. The head is thick but fluffy and rocky creating a mess on the glass.

S: Spring smelling, lots of lemon and orange citrus with a slight spice to it. Very appealing, it reminds me of spring.

T: Very bright and refreshing, lots of lemon in here weaving in and out with the oranges and a zesty coriander spice underlies it all. Very refreshing and easy to drink.

M: Light bodied but very carbonated, even the smallest sip expands in my mouth with fizzy bubbles. Very lively and exciting!

O: This is a great beer for anyone. It’s very inoffensive and easy to drink and will be a great bridge for those who like Blue Moon to try and ease them into better flavored craft beers.

Pours a cloudy, golden color with a white head. Aroma is of coriander, lemon, and some wheat. Very well balanced with the coriander and lemon up front and the wheat and yeast on the finish. Crisp and plenty of carbonation.

Hazy golden pour with a big fluffy white head. Aroma was fresh orange peel, lemon and light spice. Flavors were similar, nice notes of orange and more citrus, light hoppy bitterness, just oh so refreshing. Carbonation was nice and full, made for a decent mouthfeel. Left a lingering citrus on the palate. Great stuff.

Very light, vey crisp. Had an amazingly refreshing flavor. It was a nice change of pace from the heavy stouts and porters of the winter.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels as part of my Pre-Wedding Celebrations, thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy blonde, with a massive, fluffy white head. The nose is lemon, pomello, very herbal, green vegetables and spice. The taste is full of citrus fruit - lemon, orange, tangerine, as well as spice, coriander and grass, with a dry finish. Medium body, lively carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Clean, smooth and tasty.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels. First beer of the weekend. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a lively white head and light sediment. Nice aroma, definitely some coriander and citrus, with mild dough. Lightly sweet flavor, some white bread, spices, orange sponge cake. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean, fresh finish, some light grassy bitterness, light sugar, candi and gum, yeast, orange. Very nice. Well and drinkable.
