A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher.

Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

12oz bottle pours out clear crisp straw topped with a white head. Nose is lemon zest banana and spice. Taste is more of the lemon citrus and banana bread.

Aroma was more bready than I expected. Taste was vaguely spicy and fruity. Palette quite nice. Color white, not that hazy.

Bottle. Semiclear golden body with small white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander and tea. Taste is lightly sweet with honey and subtle orange peel notes. Doughy finish with wheat. Lacks a little of the fresh wit punch.

This is one of the best Belgian White beers I have had. Count on Dogfish Head to nail a style and add their unique twist to make a super good beer. You get big bready, lemon and I donít know how else to describe it, Belgian aromas. Taste is awesome. You can easily pick out the orange and lemongrass. Big breadiness as well. Overall an excellent beer from Dogfish Head and I love how they take a style and still give it their signature twist. Cheers!

Bottle from Drinks of the World. Pours pale yellow. Floral aroma, some citrus. Very good taste, a good balance of crispness, tartness and bitterness. Perfect for a sunny spring afternoon.

Very nice. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with a wet frothy head .aroma is lightly citrus and spice . Flavors are subtle yet complex... starts with a base of orange infused with the more herbal citrus of the lemon grass, adds a very subtle pepper bloom with a faint coriander finish... it evokes a hint of ginger. Its all there, but beautifully blended and subtle. All those flavor infusions ride on a slightly sweet creamy wheat base. Again, very nice.

Nose is pleasant Lemon soap notes, spicy, peppery notes, perhaps the coriander. Creamy well carbonated mouth feel. Head laces the glass. Well balanced and tasty. Nice wheat, lemon, and spice flavor.

Lackluster appearance, aroma of lemongrass and spices. Not as smooth as most Wits. Not bad.

Extremely carbonated, built up a big white foamy head that took a while to die down to drinkable levels. Pretty smooth, didnít overdo it on the orange or coriander, and still lots of yeasty tones. Nice change of pace, but Dogfish Head has better. Skeleton on bottle is too scary and gives me nightmares.

This is a pretty decent twist on a wit, albeit a touch on the heavy side for my liking. Itís cloudy orange w/ a small but very long lasting head of fine white bubbles. I get bananas up front but that quickly wanes to cloves, cinnamon and orange. This is a bit sweet which helps highlight the full body and the banana and orange notes but only slightly offset by tartness so overall this comes off as just a bit syrupy. Itís pretty drinkable regardless I just prefer this style to be well on the dry side. It finishes w/ some lingering spicy biterness and a touch of honey sweetness. Probably not my favorite wit but Iíd drink this again.
