3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast, peppercorn, spices, clove, banana, wheat malt. Flavor of wheat malt, lemon, grass, light spices, banana. Very palatable, not overly spiced, very quenching. One of the better American made witbiers.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Namaste pours golden yellow with a nice foamy head that doesn’t linger too long. It tastes like a white ale (which it is, of course), but spicier. The label mentions coriander and other spices and not only are they evident, but they work very well. This is a good beer.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle at Kowloon Taproom. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, coriander and some soap. Also notes of yeast. The mouthfeel was on the light side. Kind of drinkable but not that interesting.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12 oz bottle purchased at Casanova. Consumed in a Moeder Lambic glass. Light golden color with an unfiltered nature. Minor head. Aroma has a strong pepper presence and a subtle orange undertone. Taste is pretty enjoyable with a mix of peppercorns and coriander. A very saison like wheat which is probably what makes it better on my taste buds. Crisp and refreshing. This one is better than I expected. Good option to seek out.

355ml bottle from Drinks of the World, Basel, Switzerland (5.20 CHF):
A simple but very well done witbier with all the usual flavours (orange zest, spice, lemongrass & coriander). Not the most unique from DFH but a great beer with good carbonation, a fresh & crisp feel with nice balance & it was easy to drink; another excellent offering from the brewery.

12oz bottle from Hudson. Clear gold with medium white head . Funky nose. Peppery. Spicy and slightly citrus. I like the spice crispness. A bit thin. Refreshing. Pretty good.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
I had this beer alone with La Trappe Witte Trappist just to compare the two
But I found the La Trappe has better on almost every end except the head which didn't last as long as the Namaste. The beer is cloudy and big
head long lasting, hint of lemon and paperish taste but hollow in the middle palate. Suitable for summers.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours light clear yellow with small white head. Nose is light. Some lemon. Taste is lemon, cereal, spice in the finish. Light body. Medium high carb. Overall reminds me of a more flavored light beer. It is decent, just not my style.

The aroma does have the banana influence of German witbier, but the spice influence is much stronger, with quite a peppery finish .
