A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

Pours a light cloudy medium shaded straw/golden with almost no head for show. Aromas of soggy lemon, hay, pepper, grass and some faint orange peel. Flavors of light pepper/grass upfront, old lemon peel, slightly soapy and a hint of clove. Overall a light flavor profile. Lightly sweet as well.

Really light and smooth refreshing taste, a little wheaty but also with a touch of sour, all in all a great beer, I could drink a lot of it.

Pours a hazy pale gold. Smell is wheat and coriander. Taste is crisp, refreshing, very clean and wheaty with light lemony notes. Definite spiced yeast note. Full flavor but not gimmicky like some DFH beers. Very good witbier with medium body and medium carbonation.

Bottle, bought @ Kihoskh, Cph. Pours light hazy yellow with a medium, staying, creamy white head. Aroma has wheat, oranges, light ginger, coriander, lemongrass. Medium carbonation, dry and quite full mouthfeel. Flavour has good bitterness, sweet wheat, lemongrass, light peppery. Fine, lingering bitterness.

Even though my DFH purchases have slowed over the years, I do take a chance from time to time, and this one was totally worth it. Fairly full bodied and rich wit bier from the DFH dept. If they had this in cheaper 6er’s I’d drink it all summer!

12 oz. bottle. Appearance: 2 fingers white head, pale straw, cloudy, good lacing. Aroma: caramel, lemon, wheat, coriander. Palate: light body, average to lively carbonation, slight dry finish, refreshing, bitter finish that lasts. Taste: sweet wheat and malt into medium hops bitterness with a little citrus sweetness and lemon rind dryness. Overall, great balance, super refreshing, super unique.

Bottle (12oz): Pale Yellow with nice head. Quite a bit of carbination. I get the slight citrus taste, but it does not do a lot for me. It is a light bodied beer that some may like in summer.

pours a cloudy yellow, with a fluffy white head. the aroma is citrus, orange, lemon, and fresh ground coriender. the flavor is citrus up front with some orange flavors then followed by lemon and spice at the rear. the palate is watery up front but then the flavor hits. Overall this is really good on a hot night wanting to relax.

Pours a 2 finger head, dull cloudy yellowish color. Decent carbonation. Nice spice. Smooth mouthfeel. Get some sugar coated tangerines, lemon, spices. Decent lacing. A very good American Wit. Recommended. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
