COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

Fizzy pale yellow with a thick head. Subtle wheat, yeast aroma. Nice clean flavor, hint of banana, mostly savory wheat. Slightly spicy aftertaste. Refreshing.

Pours a yellow color with a foamy, long-lasting white head. Aroma is lemon and spice. Flavor is less on both the lemon and spice, but still good.

A great smell and a great first taste, but it dies off towards the end. Nice, fruity aroma and a sweet but crisp bite.

Poured from 12 oz bottle. Disappointing offering from DFH. Nothing stands out here from a flavoring standpoint which is typically the trademark of the company. --you've been Dubbed.

The aroma is clove, orange and Belgium yeast. Pours a clear pale yellow, with a white head, mostly lasting and excellent lacing. The taste is light sour. The body is light, the texture creamy and the carbonation lively.

Transfer from BA review on 8-31-12 - Served on tap in a 10 oz chalice glass Appearance – Served a hazy light yellow colored brew with a one finger white head that had good retention. The head eventually faded to give a high level of lacing. Smell – The aroma is heavy of citrus lemon and some spices. The spices are the classic wit variety of clove and pepper with some other herbal and grassy smells as well. With these are aromas of yeast and banana as well. Taste – A wheat body mixed with a lemongrass flavor are the first to meet the tongue. They are soon joined by some coriander and clove, as well as, a light banana sweetness mixed with a pepper taste. These tastes remain constant on the tongue till the end of the taste where the pepper and banana lose ground to some yeasty notes. This yeast flavor when combined with an increase in the wheat and lemon flavors, produces a lingering aftertaste to be left on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer was on the lighter side and the carbonation level was rather high. These characteristics were good for the style and made it quite drinkable and refreshing. Overall – It was pretty good, but nothing too exceptional and not really something of only big bottle format.

High quality craft beer but no a style I particularly enjoy. This is more like a triple belgium. Fruity with a peppery finish. Slightly bitter. Pours light yellow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
