pour is hazy straw yellow with a tight white head. The nose is bright and balanced. An assertive yeast not with a well balanced peppery spice. The coriander adds an Interesting earthy note behind. The taste is also bright, lemony zest, lightly earthy, assertive yeast notes with a solid balance of spice and coriander. The body is light and airy, strong carbonation and a semi dry finish.

It pours a pale to olive yellow with a cloudy, fizzy white head. The aroma is of yeast, citrus, grainy malts, and a wheat-like element. The body is medium to above average. The taste begins with bready malts and a bit of orange with a dry, peppery finish.

Cloudy straw with a thin head. Lightly spicy and malt-accented aroma, same flavour. The finish has maybe a limey character. Not bad, but nothing to think about twice.

Great belgian white. Usual characteristics - hazy with fruitiness. Not hoppy at all. Very light and extremely refreshing. Even my non-craft beer drinking wife loves it. The orange and lemongrass put it above and beyond other belgian whites.
4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Brandman (1067) - Helsinki, FINLAND - MAR 30, 2012
Hazy yellow body, white head. Aroma is overwhelming with citrussy fruits, wheaty malr and delicious coriander. Very nicely balanced and smooth finish. I noticed hint of vainilla which makes this incredible avantgarde for a wit.
3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20 mikesaum (227) - Ohio, USA - MAR 28, 2012
Pours a hazy yellow golden hue with a nice fluffy white head that dissappears and leaves little lacing. Aroma is pretty weak, didn’t have the belgian spice hit I was expecting, light notes of lemon grass, some coriander and the orange is the stand out in the aroma. Wow, this stuff is crazy refreshing, light belgian yeast hints with just enough lemongrass orange and coriander, not overly spiced like some others in this style. Creamy smooth mouthfeel that finishes just right. Yum.
3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 MarkSachon (183) - Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 27, 2012
Bomber bottle from Doggin’ It in Pittsburgh. Since this is a white beer it is easy to say that the taste was appreciated to a greater extent by my wife than myself, having a natural disposition to anything white in beer. What we have here is a pleasing experiment with some unusual flavors. Had to try hard to find the lemongrass, which might have been overtaken by the orange, but the other flavors do arrive over the course of the bottle. This is a good one to relax with and to find your inner happy place.

Aroma sweet fruity, sugary nose with malty solid bottom.
Appearance hazed amber-gold look with medium white top.
Flavor and Palate : Nice. Carbonated body with dry wall. Soft sweet berry-sugary feel in center. Drinkable, session able and easy going. Late hop notes help balancing.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 nearbeer (2658) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - MAR 21, 2012
750 ml. Hazy amber-gold with a huge sticky foam. Crisp aroma of citronella and light orange zest; maybe a hint of wheat and honey. Flavor is the same, nearly overpowered by the lemon grass, but some coriander, orange and grain manage to peak through. Light-medium body is well-balanced, soft, and refreshing with a spicy-acidic tingle.
