A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

medium yellowish pour.bottle..hazier than expected when held up to light..nose is lemon rind spice and the coriander..mouthfeel is light bodied..easy to drink but seems to lack much depth..a bit too light and watery for my taste..refreshing at the least..

A light, dry, and slightly tart beer. It smells like coriander, peppercorn, and spicy. A mild floral note on the back of the tongue. The finish is mildly bitter with a decent amount of pepper infused bubbles dancing on the back of the tongue.

Pours a slightly hazy golden hue with a white head. Aromas of bread, spices, subtle citrus and spice. Taste is malty goodness upfront with some citrus peel. Finish is where the peppercorns come out, just the right touch of pepper to make the finish slightly spicy and complex...making you want to come back for another sip. Very easy to drink. Solid brew, definitely will be a summer staple.

Dogfish Head make a very nice Wit beer on this one. I like their play on a normal With with the addition of peppercorns. That flavor hides itself until the finish and adds a nice bit of spice to a very nice beer.

2014/01/02 - Pours a translucent, pale golden straw colour with a small, fizzy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is orange zest, coriander, wheat, Belgian yeast and banana esters. Taste is similar to nose; orange zest, wheat grain, Belgian yeast, coriander and slight peppery notes. Mouthfeel is medium with biting carbonation and a crisp, refreshing and drying finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale golden yellow with thin lacy rimming white head; aroma is spice herbal with notes of grain; Flava is slightly bananny yeasty then lemony but not tart; feels light crisp refreshing; finishes dry very slightly tart and lemony

Clear light gold with a small sticky white cap. The nose has a little sweet earthy pilsner malts, some sweet orange zest, and a neat little lemongrass tone. Flavor is sweet and grainy from the medium-bodied pilsner malts with a spicy bit of coriander, sweet orange zest in abundance, a touch of clove, and a dryish peppery finish. Perhaps the best wit Ive ever had.
