3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle in the back of the fridge. Snifter pour at home is a clean golden light orange with a decent head. Aroma is honey, coriander, slight citrus orange and lemon and cereal grains. The bottle was a little old so the flavors were muted. Coriander and orange zest came through the most with a hint of lemon and honey. Clean taste, light body, decent carb. Light and refreshing.

Golden straw colored. Lemongrass, dough, Belgian aroma. Pretty standard taste. Don't get too much peppercorn. Just alright wit.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is an incredibly subtle beer. As a result it is very pleasant and approachable. Balance is perfect or near-perfect.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled, courtesy of Crash. Pours a clear dark yellow with a small, thin white ring of a head. Lemongrass brightness hits you first in the aroma, mellowing into Belgian yeasts, fresh baked bread, quick orange peel. Flavor is a balance between sweet orange and lemon peel and slightly sour yeasts and wet straw/grains. Finish is a bit raw in flavor, wheaty, crusty bread and sourdough. Not my favorite witbier.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours slightly hazy golden straw with gigantic fluffy white head _ and this ostensibly is straight from the brewery _ which steadily reduces but leaves attractive lacing.
What is described is what you get: under the foam, a nose of bread and coriander, with a whiff of orange. That’s true in the glass as well, with a light dryness enlivened by the coriander and lemongrass and a very slight touch of orange.
Straightforward with little complexity, it does marry well with pasta and vegetables in red sauce. With low ABV, it’s very serviceable to accompany a meal, although not especially memorable on its own.

Gentle coriander aroma. Pillow like white cloud head that clings the glass nicely. Soft straw yellow body. Bread coriander taste. Crisp and clean to the finish. Lemony tartness too. Enjoyable and refreshing. A nice treat.
