COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

750 pours a hazy pale golden body with a small white head that leaves some spiderweb lacing. Aroma of coriander, lemongrass, yeast, and some orange. Airy mouthfeel is light bodied and clean. Taste has some citrusy lemon and orange, coriander, white pepper, and wheaty and yeasty notes. Very good for style and possibly the most quenchable of the Dogfish line.

Small white head thats short lived, spotty lace. Hazy gold/white hued color. Spicey nose, coriander/citrus, faint malts and a hint of lavender. Body is light, sorta watery, carbonation fleeting. Thin citrus flavors, soap and a bit of malts and grass. Dry finish is thin uneventful. Bottle procured @statelineliquors.

25 oz bottle, pours a hazy light golden color with copious head that does not dissipate. Prominent lacing throughout the drink. Aroma is sweet and spicy with some citrus. Taste reflects the aroma but is more malty and has a mildly bitter aftertaste. Full body. Overall good beer, better in warm weather.

Pouring at session one of Belgian Beer Fest in Boston. Pours a hazed light gold with a thin white head. Very nice Belriner Weisse look to it. Lemony citrus, lemon grass on the nose. Tastes of lemon zest and lemon grass. Citrus, musk, clean and simple. Tasty and a touch sweet. Happily surprised by this one.

750 ml bottle. Served in a nonic pint glass, the beer pours a hazy straw gold color with an inch white head. Head retention and lacing are both pretty good. The brew smells like coriander, orange peel, wheat and some yeast. It tastes like oranges, lemon peel, coriander, wheat and a bit of peppery spice. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it’s crisp and is well carbonated. Drinkability is very good, it’s nice, refreshing and really easy to drink. It’s a great choice for a summer day or an unseasonably warm 65 degree mid-November day like today is. I think this is a good overall brew, nice and sessionable. I’d like to see this beer put in a 6-pack, but I’ll still buy bombers of this.

750ml bottle shared with some friends. I didn’t really know what to expect from this one, so I went in with an open mind. It had a good amount of spicy, dried fruit in the aroma, which is was pleasantly surprised by since the color was very light and the body was just as light. It seemed to be a good beer that most people could enjoy. The carbonation seemed right on point, as did the flavors.

Bottle. Cloudy gold with a short, sticky white head. Aroma is spices with wheat, light lemon, orange peel, and yeast. Taste is big spice (coriander), lemon, softer orange peel, wheat/grains, yeast and sweet malt. Light candied fruit as well. Body is light and very bubbly. Ends with more spice and yeast. There’s a healthy grain/wheat backbone atop sweet malt, candied fruit and lemon zest.
