COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

Hazy golden pour with a big fluffy white head. Aroma was fresh orange peel, lemon and light spice. Flavors were similar, nice notes of orange and more citrus, light hoppy bitterness, just oh so refreshing. Carbonation was nice and full, made for a decent mouthfeel. Left a lingering citrus on the palate. Great stuff.

Very light, vey crisp. Had an amazingly refreshing flavor. It was a nice change of pace from the heavy stouts and porters of the winter.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels as part of my Pre-Wedding Celebrations, thanks to Leighton. It pours cloudy blonde, with a massive, fluffy white head. The nose is lemon, pomello, very herbal, green vegetables and spice. The taste is full of citrus fruit - lemon, orange, tangerine, as well as spice, coriander and grass, with a dry finish. Medium body, lively carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. Clean, smooth and tasty.

Bottle on the Eurostar to Brussels. First beer of the weekend. Pours cloudy yellow-gold with a lively white head and light sediment. Nice aroma, definitely some coriander and citrus, with mild dough. Lightly sweet flavor, some white bread, spices, orange sponge cake. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Clean, fresh finish, some light grassy bitterness, light sugar, candi and gum, yeast, orange. Very nice. Well and drinkable.

Namaste pours a hazy, cloudy, orange color. A big two finger fluffy head is poured. A good amount of lacing. Right off the bat you get a nice floral and spicy nose. The lemongrass and coriander come through beautifully. While the nose is quite spicy, it’s also full of fruit. It’s definitely the orange slices talking. Finally a small wheaty background is there. Good stuff. In the taste the citrus comes through more than any of the other ingredients. The spiceness of the coriander and lemongrass takes a bit of a backseat here and well as the wheat. They are all present though. Just a very easy to drink wit. Mouthfeel is on the lighter side and highly carbonated. Drinkability is huge on this beer. Goes down easy. Loved it on a 90+ degree day.

Draught at Churchkey. Quite a nice Belgian white, with the classic orange and spice notes with a touch of increased creaminess of body and good balance throughout the palate. Well done, and for a hell of a good cause.

Pours a hazy gold, with a two finger foamy head. Tons of lemon aroma and some orange. Lots of citrus as well. Very smooth and refreshing the whole way down. Light bodied but balanced. Coriander on the back end, citrus and orange up front.
