COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher.

Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

750ml from winooski beverages in winooski vermont. Yellow pour with a sloght haze, and a big fluffy wite head. Big aroma of corriander, and malted wheat with a citrus punch. The flavor is quite wheaty and yeasty with a nice sharp citrus/hop finish. The bitterness is very low, and this is quite refreshing. Nice patio beer.

A light orangish body with a fizzy white head. A very refreshing coriander and orange zest flavor that is extremely light and crisp. A fine beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy yellow from the tap. White foam leaves good lacings. Aroma of orange and spice. Extremely light body with low carbonation. Low malt sweetness and citrus. I can taste the hops in the finish but otherwise not much to this one.

Bottle. Yellow hazy with light head. Taste like a Belgium. Got it for a pool day. Tasty but not a favorite. It I refreshing. All I taste is the coriander. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from big bottle. Smells like orange Popsicle with a hint of lemon. Cloudy orange with thin white head. Orange and coriander lead in the flavor, with a touch of tangy lemon and pepper. Rind and grass in the aftertaste. Carbonation balances nicely with the citrus flavors for good drinkability. Well done.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2014 On tap. Mostly hazy yellow color. Good thin white head, leaving good lace. Very nice soft carbonation and dry texture. Nice coriander spice nose. Nice light spice taste. Nice belgian white type yeast aromas. Good zesty sweet taste. Very well done belgian wit, worthy of a large-format bottle (the price would put me off of a repeat tasting, though) 7/5/7/4/15

Re-rate, 1/12/14: 12oz bottle. I like that they switched this to 6 packs. Never had this from the 750ml bottle, so I can’t really comment on how that compares, but I remember it being amazing on tap... 12oz bottle is labeled 4.8%. Has the recipe changed at all? Pours with a golden yellow color, almost entirely hazy with fine particles suspended in the body. Thin white head. Leaves loose bits of lace. Medium body. Kind of a lightly soft, lighter carbonation. Lightly slick in taste, then more dry in the finish. Good bright zesty citrus peel aroma, nice lemongrass, light spice. Nice, bright big flavor, exactly what I like in a witbier. Mild belgian yeast character. Moderate sweet taste, lightly spicy, some good zest. Pretty bright, refreshing, and tasty. A good belgian witbier, and above average. Good wit yeast, orange, and lemongrass in the lingering aftertaste. Flavorful, for how light it is.

Poured from a bottle to an English pint glass. Hazy blonde with a thick frothy white head that recedes with nice lacing. Aroma is orange peel, lemon, coriander. Flavor is the same. There’s also pepper in the finish. Thin mouthfeel. Nice summer beer.

Pours hazy blonde with no head. Aroma: spices (coriander), malts, yeasts. Taste is sweet with some acidity on the finish. No aftertaste. On the palate, it feels like mineral water or Canada dry; good carbonation. Refrshing beer. Not being very fond on Witbier, I must say that this one is really good. Robe blonde trouble.

Bottle 750 ml. Pours hazy golden with medium white head and fair lacing. Aroma is grassy with strong notes of coriander and slight notes of citrus (orange peel and lemongrass). Taste if citrus and coriander. Mouthfeel is moderately dry with no aftertaste at all (everything stop after coriander). A really good refreshing belgian white. Commercial description of the beer is accurate.

A - Pours a clear golden-yellow with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some good lace. S - Aroma is full of citrus, orange, and lemon, with some lemongrass, wheat, coriander and other spices, and some wheat. T - Starts off with some light tart lemon zest, alongside some orange and other citrus flavors and some lemongrass. Through the middle, some wheat comes through alongside some Belgian yeast, coriander, and other spices. The finish is a mix of orange, lemongrass, coriander, and wheat. M - Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry, lightly tart and spicy finish. D - Very drinkable. Very crisp and refreshing as well. Good mix of being light but full of flavor. Really like the lemongrass and orange flavor.
