3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I guess this is one of their MANY summer seasonals. I split this one with my wife:
Ap: Very light, almost peach colored, cloudy, with about a 1 inch head. Very appropriate for the style.
Ar: Coriander first, then lemon, orange, and with a hint of pepper. I also detected a very faint grassy sort of aroma.
T: Earthy with a capital "E!" This really didn’t even taste like an alcoholic beverage at all, and all of the blended ingredients really work! The coriander really keeps the citrus in check and keeps it from being too "hot."
P: Bubbly, champagne-like, and with a very frothy lacing. Also, the head never subsided throughout the entire session.
O: I really admire the understated nature of this brew. Lots of ingredients are listed, and on the first taste, I was initially let down. After a few more sips, study, and contemplation, the brewers’ intention started to hit me in a revelatory way. A great summer Witbier.
My wife hated it of course....just like she does most beer. Oh well....

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy straw yellow with a chalk-colored white head. Lemongrass, coriander, straw, sweet malty aroma, generously spiced. Flavor is similar, with tangy fruity, lemon zest and spices. Light body, lively carbonation, ticklish on the tongue, and a clean crisp finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from App Vintner - aged probably 18 months - pours a cheerful lemon yellow, very aggressive foaming on the initial pour. I’m getting the spicy lemon invests on the nose, which is nice. The taste is sweet seltzer with a tad bit of dryness on the finish. Nice!

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
The taste is nothing short of amazing. Loads of orange is definitely there, with heaps of coriander as well. Just a very flavorful wit all around. This is how you do it. The slightly grainy wheat shows up just after, along with a small zing at the back which I’ll assume is the lemongrass. Perhaps the best wit I have ever had, and that’s saying something when it’s considered that this is one of my very favorite styles.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Poured a frothy yellow and cloudy with little floaters.
Aroma of coriander and Belgian yeast. Nicely balanced spices, although I prefer a bit more orange and citrus. A little thin on the wheat base. Highly carbonated. Ok, but nothing to drive to Delaware for.
