COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

750 ml bottle served in a tulip. Pour is hazy gold/orange with 3 billowing fingers of white head. Nose is coriander, oranges, lemons, and fresh cut grass. Taste is spot on, but all those wit flavors aren’t over the top, which makes this one really tasty for my palate. This bottle has been sitting for quite some time, maybe a year or so, which could account for it’s toned down "balance" that I find so enjoyable. I wonder how I would rate a fresh bottle, not being a fan of the style?

One of the better DFH beers, quite friendly and easy going. On tap at the house of 1000 beers. Has a slight candy aroma to it, nicely appetizing. Very light palate. Almost watery in body, but is a good way. One of their lightest beers that I can recollect. Pretyy good sizzle on the tongue. Could be a decent session brew. Tasted a lot of DFH today, by far this was the best.

UPDATED: DEC 2, 2011 Blonde haze color with a white foamy head. Smells of orange zest and a bit of coriander. Refreshing taste with a slightly dry finish. Label says a great summer beer, but reminds me more of holiday flavors.

Hazy yellow-orange with a medium sized white head. Aromas of orange zest, lemongrass, and light corriander. Soft yeasty attack, light body, prickly carbonation, and a citric dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle. Pours a pale gold yellow with small white head. Lots of little floaties in there too. Low carbonation. Aroma of wheat and citrus fruits. Flavor is banana, and mildly tart lemon and a hint of orange. Delicious, would have been great to have in the summer time.

Deliciously fruity wheat beer. Not too overpowering. Like the label says, this is a great summer quencher. Yumm.

Hazy, golden pour. Moderate, off-white, frothy head. Aroma of coriander, lemon, dust and summer wheat fields. Very pleasant. Classic wit-bier flavor comes through in spades. Light body with little residual sugar. Effervescent carbonation. No bitterness and a dry finish. Overall super tasty and repeatable.
