3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
A bit restrained for DFH. Well balanced between the yeasty spice and the additions. Decent beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap: Hazy golden body with a foamy, bright white collar. Aroma of Belgian yeast, bread, clove, light cotton, coriander, & a touch of medicinal phenols. Flavor has a strong cotton & bread Belgian yeast flavor. Somewhat spicy with some clove, white pepper, coriander, & just a hint of orange peel. Yeast heavy finish. Slightly medicinal. Not bad.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottled on 04.21.14.
Poured from a 12 oz into a tumbler on 05.19.14.
A: Cloudy straw yellow with a 1/2 finger head.
S: It smells like a wit should. Spices, lemon peel, grass.
T: Follows the nose with the addition of orange and wheat.
M: Crisp and creamy. Great carbonation.
O: This is an excellent wit. It is grassier than others, but I love that quality. This one is in my rotation.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a 12oz bottle into a chalice. Brew smells beautifully complex--grassy, mostly, with a hint of lemon and banana. The light, golden beer has the perfect level of haze, and the thin white head sat at the top of the brew throughout the entire drink. Taste is light, spicy, and a little tart. Very complex, yet refreshing. The tingle of the carbonation sits with you for a while, but it's not overwhelming. It seems to make the drink even more refreshing. I don't want to stop sipping! I'm so impressed with this beer. It's unexpectedly delicious--assertive flavors, without being over-the-top. Love it.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle in Geneva courtesy of Thiru. Quite yellowy for a witbier, not cloudy. Quite delicately spiced, lemongrass is good in there. Slightly lacking body and bitterness. I think this beer could be awesome as a food pairing, for drinking alone it’s a bit delicate and lacking moreishness, one small bottle was more than enough.

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
I think I might have gotten an old bottle. Tasted like nothing but water and hops. Pour is perfect and aroma was pleasant.
