3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750 mL bottle from Grape & Gourmet. Pours pale yellow with a thin white head at first but becomes an opaque, thick orange once the bottom yeast in the bottle is agitated and poured into the glass. Tons of yeast sediment in the glass as well. The aroma contains some light citrus as well as an almost off-puting aroma that can only be described as "womenís hair salon". The flavor is much better, however. I assume itís the coriander that gives this beer a slightly peppery flavor and overwhelms the beer, but not the palate, in overtaking the orange flavor. This is incredibly drinkable and is one of the best Witbiers I have tried. Outstanding taste and would rate higher if not for the aroma.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is straw golden color with w finger fizzy white head. Aroma has a little flowery character with some citrus and definitely some coriander. Flavor is bright and crisp. The citrus comes through strong. Some herb and bubblegum with a dry bite at the end. Well balanced and refreshing.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
750ml bottle shared with a friend. This is a high quality Wit. The color is yellowish white as to be expected with a one finger head. The aroma is or course lemon with some orange but gassiness and coriander come out in the end. The taste is a soft wheat with orange mild bitter and a perfume tastes rides around in the palate as you hold it in your mouth. Gets hazier as the bottle does down. Would have preferred to have this int he summer but this was a nice and approachable beer for DFH

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
THOUGHTS: A pretty standard wit. I would have expected something a little more extreme. Well, I guess if youíre not going to do it extreme, you have to do it great Ė and they did. It had tons of flavor. It almost seemed like the flavor of a double wit with the ABV of a standard wit. If it was cheaper or sold by the 4 or 6 pack, this would be a go to summer quencher for me.
TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a hazy to murky, medium to dark yellow that was basically muddy when the last of the bottle was poured into the glass. It had a large, white head that mostly diminished, but kept a small head throughout and left fair to good lacing. The aroma started out strong and then faded away. There was floral, perfume and herbal hops; moderate yeast; lemon, wheat and pepper. The initial flavor was acidic and slightly sweet; while the finish was rather acidic; lightly sweet, lightly sour and slightly bitter. There was lemon, orange, tangerine, coriander, yeast, spice and wheat. The light to medium body was juicy and a bit slick and then a little dry with fizzy carbonation and a lightly astringent finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
750 ml. bottle from Malt and Vine. I decided to take the plunge of this one. Quite the fluffy head. Nice hazy orange appearance with a bad ass fluffy head. Lots of orange and a little lemongrass, but nothing substantial, as far as the lemongrass is concerned. Since Iíve been drinking Wits recently, Iíve started to notice a slight cream aroma, and taste a subtle cream flavor. Well...I get that here, also. Decent aroma, but I was expecting something a little more pungent. Flavor is orange and a little lemongrass. Orange and cream blend well together. Crispy carbonation and a effervescent texture. Meh...I wish this had some more body to it. Not very impressed with the flavor. For $9, this was a let down.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy gold with a thick off white head. Aroma of citrus, coriander, grassy hops. Taste of orange, lemon, light hops. Fairly simple, but flavorful and easy to drink. I liked it and would have it again.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy pale yellow, slight haze, decent head. Aroma is heavily coriander, touch of white pepper spice, faint lemon. Light grainy wheat flavor, but overall things are dominated by the coriander. A good beer, but more coriander than I personally care for.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Hazy straw gold with a thin, white head that dissipates fairly slowly. Aroma is sweet, spicy and yeasty with a hint of citrus. Flavor is sweet yet spicy (coriander and pepper) with light citrus and Belgian funk notes. Light body with nice carbonation make this a very refreshing beer.
