2.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
I was looking forward to this beer from Dogfish head, but found it to not really highlight the ingredients listed on the description. I was hoping for a more unique taste of the coriander, lemongrass, and orange peel. I felt the palate was a more carbonated than I would prefer as well. Overall, not a bad beer, I was just expecting more.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy gold with a medium head. The aroma is very light and fruity with hints of orange peel and lemon grass upfront with a bit of coriander on the back end. The taste is a very light bitterness. The palate has lively carbonation and it feels like it has a thin texture. Overall, a pretty good beer for the summer. Nice, light and easy to drink.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle....A mostly clear golden color that grew hazy as I started to stir up the yeast at the bottom, ultimately finishing with a murky tan color. A white head that faded away quickly. Aroma had some mild wheat notes, some lemon/citrus notes and mild coriander. Flavor really had some interesting lemongrass notes, never had lemongrass before and nice coriander in the finish. The beer overall was a bit two-dimensional. I never really had a distinctive flavor from anything, just subtle notes. No real orange or yeast flavors to it. Smooth in the finish, kind of light on the palate.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Kind of lemongrassy, watery and seems like the yeast doesn’t have enough content to work with here. Liked everything else at the brewpub though.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap, pours a cloudy lemon yellow with a thick white head and plenty of lace. Aromas of lemongrass, coriander, some esters. Very yeasty/bready grain taste, disappointingly so. Light creamy mouthfeel with a yeasty finish.

On tap at Dogfish Head Rehoboth. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Nose is wheat, toffee and grass. Medium light with a tingle. Taste is light honey and lemon with hints of coriander. A bit washed out but good on a hot day.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Good summer beer if your Into whites with a more citrus-y taste on the tongue, and a little bit of creamy flavor as its going down.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled in 2012 C. Pours very hazy golden amber color with a nice 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Some nice soapy lacing clings to the glass, with a fair amount of carbonation streaming up. Aromas of big lemon, orange peel, clove, pepper, herbal, coriander, wheat, earth, grass, and yeast spiciness. Very nice and well balanced aromas with good complexity. Very pleasant and enjoyable. Taste of lemon, orange zest, clove, grass, pepper, coriander, wheat, earth, and yeast spices. Light wheat tang on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, coriander, wheat, clove, pepper, grass, earth, and yeast spices on the finish for a short bit. Fairly dry on the finish as expected. Nice flavor balance and complexity; with a nice level of flavors. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a slightly slick, crisp, and prickly mouthfeel that is very nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with pretty much zero warming noticed at all. Overall this is simply just an excellent witbier. Great flavor balance and complexity; and extremely smooth and crisp to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.
