Another generic dogfish beer, I so badly wanted to like this brewery but all I taste is an average wit. Light, lemon, spice, moderate carbonation, easy drinking, and overpriced

Pretty decent beer. It really surprised me. Citrusy flavor without an overwhelming hop bite. Very refreshing beer. It went very well by the fire-pit in the back yard.

Such a great and refreshing taste. Not you're typical summer beer. This would be great any season when wanting a little taste of summer hints.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy, straw colored appearance with a large, white, fast fading head and light lacing. Lemongrass and coriander prevail in the funky aroma as the wheat lingers in the background. Tart flavor with herbal and spicy notes paired with a subdued graininess. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel and a lasting finish.

Shaker pint draft at Avanti in Denver, Colorado. The pour is super cloudy yellow with a white head. the aroma is wheat grain, bit of citrus lemon and herbal yeast. The taste is traditional Wit notes with the wheat, the lemon citrus, spice from coriander and the herbal yeast carrying the finish. The palate is un filtered, light to medium bodied, lower carbonation level and the yeast finish, which lingers a bit long.

This beer has a very pungent, stinky cheese like aroma; it could be described as straw and horse blanket as well. Taste is tart lemon and orange zest, with coriander and straw.

Real exciting Belgian that has very unique and complex flavors but the coriander holds it back for me personally.

Cloudy light yellow pour, very quick white head. Nose is wheat, yeast, hint of orange. Middle is orange zest, spice, and sweet lightly kilned malt. Finish is yeasty with a hint of pepper. Really nice Wit.
