3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Poured from a 22 oz. into a pint glass. Paired with Spicy Shrimp roll from Central Market.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow with little to no head. Lots of bubbles coming off the bottom of the glass. Aroma is slightly citrusy with a moderate smell of the yeast.
Light flavor that finishes quickly. Can taste the citrus and grassy notes along with the typical wheat taste associated with Witbiers. Carbonation is a little sharp but has no lingering bite.
Pairs very well with the sushi. Both have a lighter taste, so they don’t overpower each other, but the spicy shrimp does have more of a lingering effect. The quick release of the beer allows you to still enjoy the spiciness of the sushi without interfereing.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear straw pour with soapy white head. Lemons and yeast on nose. Clean lemon, yeast esters, some spices. Very smooth and balanced. Moderate carbonation keeps it alive on tongue. Nice beer for a mellow evening.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
At the brewery: so I had this before I think. Indeed, how could it be otherwise. But it never got on to this site from me weird. Makes me think of how I must have missed other stuff. Pours light gold haze with a white head. Aroma is coriander, citrus, and yeast. Taste is quite tangy with more spice and hops than I expected. Pretty nice.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
35,5cl bottle shared by Arve_Christian - thanks a lot! Pours slightly hazy golden with a modest, white head. Very mild citrusy and slightly wheaty aroma with yeasty notes and hints of spices. Medium sweet with mild spicy and fruity flavours and a light bitterness. Refreshing enough, but on the boring side.

355ml bottle, trade with Skinnyviking. Huge snow white head that faded away after a short while. Golden body with a wheat haze. Grassy aroma added by wheat. Moderately flavours of pears, citrus, coriander and wheat. Very foamy in. Has not got so much to offer(shared with Finn, 16,12.2015).

Flaske 355ml spandert av Rune. Delt på Nerstranda 16 Des 15. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler fort. Bra, litt syrlig fruktaroma. Hint at banan. Veldig mye kullsyre. Smaken lett fruktig - men kullsyra overdøver det meste.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of yeast, peppercorn, spices, clove, banana, wheat malt. Flavor of wheat malt, lemon, grass, light spices, banana. Very palatable, not overly spiced, very quenching. One of the better American made witbiers.
