A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

light yellow color- slightly cloudy with a ton of white head. smells sour, lemony. the taste is tart and flowery. namaste is sweeter than the smell leads on, but i almost wish it was even sweeter than it is. there are some really nice flavors at work here. over all this beer is light and very drinkable and the bottle conditioning helps with the smoothness. this would be a good one to have on hand when the weather warms up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 ounce bottle. Hazy light gold color. Small fluffy white head. Aroma is slightly citrus with notes of hay and white peppercorns. Flavor is light dryish wheat malt with a touch of coriander and citrus hops. Light bodied and refreshing.

Citrus and lemongrass aromas were inviting. Maybe it was my glass, but the thin white head dissipated quickly and left no lacing. Left it looking like a hazy white wine. Thin mouthfeel with a light body and lively carbonation. Slightly sour on the short finish. Great session beer that would go great with mussels.

12 oz bottle. Pours a very slightly hazy yellow with light head. Aromas of lemongrass, perfume, and honey, with additional hard to define floral notes. Flavors of coriander, citrus, and light candied fruit. Very quenching. At 4.8% I could drink this all day.

Clear straw pour lighter than apple juice with a haze of thin white head on top and a copious amount rising from the bottom. Soapy belgian yeast aroma, sweet wheat coriander, along with sour rubberiness (pale malts?), and white grape juice. Lively carbonation, mouthfeel resppectable but on the thin side, crisp but slightly dull finish. Wheat and belgian yeast flavor, cirus rind is more dull than the coriander but the soapy qualities are in the forefront, wheatiness dulls the finish. Alright but a little too wheaty.

Appearance: translucent yellow color, really nice white foamy head about two inches and stays in tact for a long time, nice lacing on glass Aroma: orange, citrusy, coriander Taste: citrusy, orange, Palette: slight bitterness at the end, light body Overall: this is a very refreshing beer, great session beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Appearance: light gold to yellow color, slight haze, pours with a huge white head, takes a while to pour this beer down Aroma: bread, yeast, lemon, banana, pretty aromatic, smells delicious, perhaps some funk Taste: bread, very pale malt, has a very light bitter aftertaste towards the end, more bland than I was expecting Palate: light mouthfeel, minimal aftertaste, frothy, lively carbonation Overall: pretty good but I have to say I was expecting better, like a good very easy drinking hefeweizen with less flavor ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Excellent session beer, very well balanced and subtle. Extra high drinkability. Would like to taste it on draft.

Fantastic Wit, exactly what I modeled my homebrew Wit after. The bitter orange is perfect along with the subtle coriander spice notes. The lingering Belgian yeast is nice.

12oz bottle from Wegman’s, West Seneca, NY. A hazy pale amber pour with a thin white head; rather subdued aroma; but much fuller flavour, with concentrated orange, yeast and coriander; and a dry floury finish. Not quite a typical Witbier, but a close approximation.
