COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

light yellow color- slightly cloudy with a ton of white head. smells sour, lemony. the taste is tart and flowery. namaste is sweeter than the smell leads on, but i almost wish it was even sweeter than it is. there are some really nice flavors at work here. over all this beer is light and very drinkable and the bottle conditioning helps with the smoothness. this would be a good one to have on hand when the weather warms up. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from bottle, hazy light yellow color with airy white head. Aroma is herbal, grassy. Lots of carbonation pushes subtle orange and spices across the tongue. Finishes dry.

AROMA- not too much aroma, some coriander and orange peel along with some wheat APPEARANCE -straw colored and murky, buts of sediment floating about. White head TASTE- sweet malts and wheat, spices are in good balance. The lemon grass gives it a bit of a kick and some orange peel and coriander one more MOUTHFEEL- very refreshing and light, perfect beer for a hot summers day. OVERALL- a great whitbier, not a huge fan of the style but it is done amazingly. Dogfishead always delivers an awesome product

This is a white looking beer that has a orangish taste with a mix of lemongrass. Wonderful flavor with a nice finish and smooth taste.

White foamy head with a very pale yellow body. Light bubbles and effervescent. Good example of the style--peppercorns, coriander--very classic.

12oz bottle from Mitsuya’s in Asagaya. Drank right out of the bottle. Nice lemon zest, yuzu, nutmeg aroma. Powdery mouthfeel. Peppery and spice on the palate with a strong lemon citrus taste as well. Nice crisp finish.

35 cl bottle @ home. Pours slightly cloudy yellow with a tiny bit of sediment and a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are coriander, lemon, and wheat - with a dry finish.

Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Wheat, coriander, yeast, fruit, floral and spice aroma. Wheat, lemon, orange, peach, yeast, banana, coriander, peppercorn, floral and spice flavors. Light body and average carbonation. Lemon, orange and coriander finish. One of the better one for this style.

Bottle in the back of the fridge. Snifter pour at home is a clean golden light orange with a decent head. Aroma is honey, coriander, slight citrus orange and lemon and cereal grains. The bottle was a little old so the flavors were muted. Coriander and orange zest came through the most with a hint of lemon and honey. Clean taste, light body, decent carb. Light and refreshing.
