The overall quality of this beer is substantial. Without going into detail I find this beer in perfect condition and of stellar representation of the style. This is the best witbier I have ever consumed. Color, head, aroma, flavor, finish, it’s all there. Personally I don’t drink this style. I am not a fan of this style. But constitutionally this beer is all about top notch.

750mL bottle. Immediately went back to buy another, only to find out they were out. Limited availability from what I can find. If you find it, buy it! Or let me know so I can go buy it. Excellent flavor. Nice summer time refreshing beer.

The aroka is full citrusy like orange marmalade. The beer is golden with a fizzy white head and some sediment. The taste is spicy with orange notes. The body is medium with lots of carbonation. A great beer and good representation of the style.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. Aromas are orange peels and lemon. The taste is fantastic, a perfect balance of orange, lemon, and spices. Better than hoegaarden, probably the best white I’ve ever had.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2011 Bottle in KC. Quite cloudy/hazy yellow orange appearance with a nice white head. Spicy (coriander, orange peel, lemongrass) aroma on a light wheat smell. Incredibly refreshing Belgian Witbier with great supplemental flavors- coriander and orange peel, especially. The lemongrass is apparent and is a nice addition. This is an excellent summer beer. I wish this was more widely available for a hot, muggy summer day. Super refreshing. One of my favorite American Witbiers.
