2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle....A mostly clear golden color that grew hazy as I started to stir up the yeast at the bottom, ultimately finishing with a murky tan color. A white head that faded away quickly. Aroma had some mild wheat notes, some lemon/citrus notes and mild coriander. Flavor really had some interesting lemongrass notes, never had lemongrass before and nice coriander in the finish. The beer overall was a bit two-dimensional. I never really had a distinctive flavor from anything, just subtle notes. No real orange or yeast flavors to it. Smooth in the finish, kind of light on the palate.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tasted from bottle. Pours a pale cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is lemongrass, belgian spices and vanilla. Taste is a nice blend of sweetness a slight tart with flavors of lemongrass with a belgian spices, citrus, grains and yeast. Minimal bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty good belgian witte but not as good as Hoegaarden in my opinion. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
In a glass, has a small, but frothy head and a hazy yellow body. Rather intense smells of citrus dominate this brew. Has a low amount of bitterness, light body, and a dry finish. The intense taste and aroma wane into the dryness smoothly with a balanced carbonation. Does leave a pleasant orange taste afterwards. That being said, this is easily the best Witbier I’ve ever had.

medium yellowish pour.bottle..hazier than expected when held up to light..nose is lemon rind spice and the coriander..mouthfeel is light bodied..easy to drink but seems to lack much depth..a bit too light and watery for my taste..refreshing at the least..

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A light, dry, and slightly tart beer. It smells like coriander, peppercorn, and spicy. A mild floral note on the back of the tongue. The finish is mildly bitter with a decent amount of pepper infused bubbles dancing on the back of the tongue.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a slightly hazy golden hue with a white head. Aromas of bread, spices, subtle citrus and spice. Taste is malty goodness upfront with some citrus peel. Finish is where the peppercorns come out, just the right touch of pepper to make the finish slightly spicy and complex...making you want to come back for another sip. Very easy to drink. Solid brew, definitely will be a summer staple.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Dogfish Head make a very nice Wit beer on this one. I like their play on a normal With with the addition of peppercorns. That flavor hides itself until the finish and adds a nice bit of spice to a very nice beer.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
2014/01/02 - Pours a translucent, pale golden straw colour with a small, fizzy white head that quickly dissipates. Aroma is orange zest, coriander, wheat, Belgian yeast and banana esters. Taste is similar to nose; orange zest, wheat grain, Belgian yeast, coriander and slight peppery notes. Mouthfeel is medium with biting carbonation and a crisp, refreshing and drying finish.
