COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher. Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

bottle....A mostly clear golden color that grew hazy as I started to stir up the yeast at the bottom, ultimately finishing with a murky tan color. A white head that faded away quickly. Aroma had some mild wheat notes, some lemon/citrus notes and mild coriander. Flavor really had some interesting lemongrass notes, never had lemongrass before and nice coriander in the finish. The beer overall was a bit two-dimensional. I never really had a distinctive flavor from anything, just subtle notes. No real orange or yeast flavors to it. Smooth in the finish, kind of light on the palate.

12oz bottle - pours a hazy but bright gold. Yeast , orange peal and mild spice aroma . Lots of carbonation . Heavy coriander and peppercorn with a bitter citrus bite . Nicely done . ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY--- Hazy light amber with a site head cover and broken bands of lace. Taste is malt with spices and coriander that moves modestly through the palate to a crisp, mildly buttered finish. A good easy-drinking beer, but not nearly the best example of the style.

Pours pale yellow and clear with a tall white head. Nice strong aroma - sweet, grass, lemon, orange peel. Tastes light, citrusy, and wheat; also with a little bit of yeast. Palate has a light body with lively carbonation.

White beer along the lines of Hoegaarden, but not as strong on the spices. Citrusy taste, light, yellow-orange color with hardly any lacing. I reallly like the light flavor. A new favorite

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2014 cloudy yellow color with small head. Typical Wit beer aromas, you can smell the orange peel and the spices. Some freshness of the lemongrass maybe? On the tongue you really taste he spices. Well-balanced, light body, good wit beer, just like it should be.

(Bottle). A solid Witte style but not quite as complex as commercially described. Nonetheless a great summer choice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
