A Belgian-style White made with dried organic orange slices, fresh cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander. This beer will be a great summer quencher.

Namaste was brewed with Leo from Birra del Borgo in Italy as a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who recently had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production!) at their brewery

Bottle. Hazy orange pour with a foamy white head. Aroma is wheat, orange, esters, lemon. Flavor is peppery, lemon, orange, coriander and wheat. Effervescent mouthfeel.

Bottle 4.8% from Roth’s. Light hazy straw in color. Yeasty nose with a bit of mustiness. Sort of a hefe/wit/saison aroma. Sweet and fruity up front with big carbonation. Pretty flavorful for the style. Not surprising from DFH. I don’t really care for beer with big carbonation, but the flavor is there.

Draught. Hazy bright yellow with small foamy white head, skunky aroma, medium carbonation, tangy taste, abrupt finish. I don’t know what’s wrong with this beer but did not like it at all.

I go back and forth with this beer; I've really enjoyed it some days and then disappointed on others. It has a nice light wit look and carries a lot of that profile in the taste, but there is a somewhat sour tartness in my current tasting that lowers my enjoyment of this beer relative to others I've been drinking this summer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz on Cape Cod. Pale beer, fairly typical wit profile. Creamy body, spiced and lemons. Firm flavors, solid.

This has a very... Different... Flavor. Nor my favorite by a long shot. It's just different. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

It starts with a crisp aroma and a light, summery color. As soon as you sip it, you realize it's not your normal Dogfish. It doesn't have the nasty IPA bite, and is light and refreshing with a hint of coriander. It's delicious, and the one Dogfish I would stock year 'round. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Another generic dogfish beer, I so badly wanted to like this brewery but all I taste is an average wit. Light, lemon, spice, moderate carbonation, easy drinking, and overpriced

Pretty decent beer. It really surprised me. Citrusy flavor without an overwhelming hop bite. Very refreshing beer. It went very well by the fire-pit in the back yard.

From QC. Smells like a white beer, light clove/white pepper, orange, coriander, Taste is light lemon, pepper, coriander. Body is frothy, soft carbonation, bitter finish.

Such a great and refreshing taste. Not you're typical summer beer. This would be great any season when wanting a little taste of summer hints. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
