3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draft at landmark. Pours clear yellow with a small white head and tons of carbonation. The aroma Is fairly standard saison with lemon and yeast at the forefront. The taste is really interesting with some grape, some dry lemon, some funk, and yeast. I have to say this is a cool brew and a wet saison style.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
This draft brew from the brew pub poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were and left behind a softly carbonated transparent white colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was malt hop. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a medium fruity aftertaste. The good flavor contained notes of wood tart coriander fruity hops and malt. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
A nice beer, A bit simple but really refreshing. Pours a golden yellow with nice carbonation but head fades quickly. Aroma is a bit of metallic then grape skins with a sweet take on saison yeast. Taste is sweet and a bit simple, like someone mixed white grape juice with a run of the mill saison. Palate is nice and dry but I’d prefer more prickle. not bad just not great.

UPDATED: FEB 26, 2013 Golden color, thick white head. White wine aroma, grapes, yeast, pale malt, citrus, grass. Very potent. Taste is the same. Sort of saison-like, some wine, some pale lager, part fruit beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with a white head. I get a bit of sweet white wine, but there seems to be a more prominent cider quality to it. Mild metal, some sugary sweetness, bread, and yeast. The flavor is very simple and sweet. Lots of white grape, cider, and some metal. A hint of yeast, bread, and a mild tartness on the finish.

Draught at Gingerman NYC. Pours very pale yellow without much head. Aroma is of grape, apple and pear. Taste is slightly tart and dry with wine-like charachteristics. Very easy to drink: 9% ABV is masked here. An interesting beer.
