750mL bottle. Poured clear, quite light straw golden with a fizzy, short-lived white head. The aroma picked up dank red grapes and wheat, accented by kaffir lime, salt, and pineapple.. hard to get a grasp on, but it was very interesting. The flavor found quite a bit of salt, lime, and wheaty tanginess throughout.. champagne-like effervescence and flavor at times.. finished dry, carrying through lots of wheat, lime, salt, and carbonation. Medium-bodied with fairly high carbonation on the palate.. crisp and refreshing at most times, but there were some residual sugars that bogged it down a bit.. enjoyable overall, but I didnít love it.

Shared bomber. Clear yellow and fizzy cap. Aroma of stuffy attic, straw, grape. Taste is sweet-forward followed by tartness. Clean, dry finish.

Bottle. Pours to a glowing golden body with a tall but rapidly dissipating starch white head. Some nice visible carbonation makes it look champagne like. The aroma is lots of pilsner malt and dry white wine. More pinot gris than viognier. Definitely wine. Some subtle yeast. The flavor is malty up front but morphs into a strong white grape on the finish. But it is like a beer wine. The palate has a heft like a beer.

Amazing beer. Wish it had a little more flavor for how high the alcohol is but that is my only negative comment.

Tap. Pours yellow with white head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, honey. Really crisp, juicy, tastes like grape juice, lots fruit flavors. Good.

The name is right with 'rot'! This was a not so good beer from a brewery that loves to brew outside the box! Live trying their crazy concoctions, but this one wasn't a hit with me! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I had this at Global Brew. Pours clear gold with a white head. Taste light, sweet, floral, refreshing. I thought this was pretty good. I would definitely drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Has a honey citrus funk aroma and clear gold color with a slight head. Has a golden honey flavor with a fizzy finish. A very refreshing beer.

Keg at 5 Horses Tavern. Pours a very pale gold, half inch white head that fades to nothing. Average lacing. Aroma is quite light - some sour cherries, some light caramel, light malts. Taste is fantastic, Super delicate sweetness and floral bitterness matches well with medium sour. Not too tart, nice lightly sour finish, medium body, sparkling carbonation. Delicious.

bottle at Ft Wayne tasting Sep 14 2013 - The aroma of this brew is mainly grapes along with some Belgian style yeast. Itís a light straw color with a small, white fuzzy head. The flavor is very interesting. Itís lightly sweet, bubbly, and has tart grapes. Thereís a dry character that carries into the finish. Itís very easy to drink. Quite good.
