Very interesting beer. Tasted mor like a Sauvignon blanc. Fruity and slightly sour. Very dry and yet fruity. Medium carbonation with no head. I didn't really like this. Too much like wine too little beer.

I really enjoyed this beer. Had this right after a big test. Poured a super clean, light golden color with minimal head. Very complex aroma, full of fruit and sour, with hints of wine in the backdrop. The taste falls somewhere between a sour and a white wine. Clean, oaky, with a bit of sour that rounds it all out into something fantastic. Lasts just a little bit on the tongue for an overall awesome beer.

Yellow-gold with a small, steady, white head. Juicy-fruit aroma. Clean honey like flavor - more like a beer blended with a mead than with grape must and botrytis. Light to medium bodied, crisp, yet with noticeable alcohol, delightful.

Bottle looks like the print reads 2012 for the date stamp. Pour has a light golden yellow color with a thin cap of white head that fizzled righ away. Aroma has musty white grape, mild sweetness, grape skins, and light supporting wheat. Mouth feel is light and there is medium high carbonation. Flavor centers around the white grapes, dusty, grape skins, light mineral twang, and some wheat. Quite the interesting mix of flavors, it has almost a wheat like saison base with the grapes making it white wine like. For a beer that is going on a year old this is really good/

Very clear yellow color with a white head. The aroma is full of grapes with some wheat and spice notes. The flavor is more of the same with some tart muscat grape character, wheat and biscuit malt. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A beer-wine hybrid. Not bad.

Pours a light golden color in the glass. Winey aroma like a chardonnay and a bit funky like old stale wine. Slight champagne flavors like a demi-sec. overall, tastes much better than it smells. Tasty... Thanks to BarZigKin for the hook up!

Pours a pale yellow with absolutely no head. Very light carbonation. Floral, fruit nose. Taste was more like wine than beer - in fact, it reminded me of Conundrum with some carbonation. It was ok and I like experimentation, but I will just drink wine if I wanted something like this. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light straw-colored beer with a medium white head that settles rather quickly. Nose is somewhat sour with some musky odors that are quite unique. The flavor is a little sour initially and then gives way to a rich semi-sweet, acidic aftertaste that really sets off your taste buds. Then, a bit of bitterness hits from the hops to complete the layers of flavor. This is a surprisingly complex beer that progresses in flavor more than most. Good if you’re in the mood for something different.

Bottle as shown. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy white head that quickly diminishes to nothing. The aroma is floral hop, funk, and grape skin. Thin mouthfeel with a strong grape flavor and bready malt with wine flavor in the finish. Easy to drink hiding alcohol well, a very good fruit beer from Dogfish Head.
