Aroma- berries, grass, resin, vinous qualities, ginger Appearance- super clear macro yellow, nice fluffy white head, lower carbonation Taste- big grapes, sweet berries, slight hop twinge, light malt bill, light fruits, syrupy sweetness Palate- very full-bodied considering the style, mouth-coating with lower carbonation Overall- Definitely wine(y) but in a good way. It really does incorporate the best of best words. A very interesting and unique brew to behold.

Bottle @ Post-Easter Procrastination, Ulfborg. Pours clear straw with very small white head. Clear aroma of fruit, with some malty notes and touches of hops. Sweet-sourish flavour of fruit, esp. grapes, with bitter notes of hops. Sourish aftertaste.

Old rating. Interesting...somewhere between wine and a saison. Musky grapes, yeast, pepper, dry finish.

Grape, grassy hops, hay, bread, and mineraly yeasty notes in the aroma. The mouthfeel is lively, with a medium-to-light body and medium effervescence. The taste is grainy, mineraly bitter and grapey sweet, with a dry finish. Paired up beautifully with shrimp sausage and grits.

Sweet fruity grape musk aroma. Sweet dry finish. Almost tastes like a cider brewed with grapes. It is good, but very different for a beer. I would say closer to a cider or wine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Good beer to share,n much like a champagne with less carbonation, it contains some of the characteristics of a dry Saison but the sweetness of the grapes rounds it out. Good to try, might buy it again if I see it but would need seek it out

One of my favorites. A definite taste of grape and a light look to it. Dogfish always has interesting take on new beers and this is no different.

A perfect mix between beer and wine. The liquid is gold and thick. Noble to the eye, you can expect a lot of body and smoothness from the beer. Nose is winey. A lot of grapes, sugar, alcohol as well. The taste and the mouthfeel go perfectly together and cannot be treated separatly. The slightly buttery palate we usually find in Chardonnay wines is present in this beer and mixes just right with this almost sparkling wine carbonation that adds a unique mineral and refreshing mouthfeel. I simply love this! Can be enjoyed as an apéritif or as a substitute to the glass of wine you would have with a nice fish plate!
