3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
This is unlike anything Iíve ever experienced. Pours a bubbly yellow with a large white head. Smells dry, like champagne, with an element of some sort of funk I canít describe. I think the best way I could characterize this is by describing it as a sort of "sour champagne" taste. Definite wine grape character with the "botrytis" infection character apparent. VERY sour.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A sour citriusy aroma comes from this clear blonde beer with a a little white head. Its a medium body with a hint of grape flavor in a crisp tart/sour taste. A good hint of each make up a refreshing brew. Worth the $15.

man Iím sorry but I just donít get/like this thing. pours a really lovely light golden/yellow. Taste just confoundedly perplexing. Taste like a sour but the whole package taste wise is a miss for me. Poured half the bottle down the drain. cant understand the high marks. Oh well. Thats what makes beer great, we all find different things good/bad. This was a clear miss for me.
