3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20 justabeergeek (192) - Albany, New York, USA - APR 5, 2012This is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Pours a bubbly yellow with a large white head. Smells dry, like champagne, with an element of some sort of funk I can’t describe. I think the best way I could characterize this is by describing it as a sort of "sour champagne" taste. Definite wine grape character with the "botrytis" infection character apparent. VERY sour.

Poured half the bottle down the drain. cant understand the high marks. Oh well. Thats what makes beer great, we all find different things good/bad. This was a clear miss for me.
