Reviewed back in 2010 - The aroma is nice and sweet. The honey and peaches come through nicely here making for an inviting smell. Makes you want to jump right in. Mixed in there is a nice taste of wheat. A review I read says it has some tea like qualities thrown in. I kinda agree. It’s a nice mixture of wheat, sweetness of the peaches and honey, and the tea like qualites. At 7.50% the alcohol is nicely masked. My buddy Jeff enjoyed it so much he ordered an extra snifter. I think this beer would go nicely into their 750ml lineup as maybe a one time offering or heck maybe replace something. Really enjoyed it.

On tap at brewpub. Pours a cloudy, bright honey color with a dense thin head that had good retention. It has a big wheet aroma with an underlying fruity sweetness. The peach and honey sweetness stand tall in the start, but are mellowed nicely by a moderate floral hoppiness. the flavors blend well and hold on for a long drawn finnish. Mouthfeel is sticky, smooth and long (like a watered down syrup consistancy) . Drinkability is quite easy, though it’s hard to imagine drinking a whole lot of this.

From the tap poured a brown color with a good amount of head. An odd sweet bitter flavor with almost a bubblegum flavor finish.

Tap. Pours hazy yellow with a small, fizzy white head, low retention with light lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw), light hops (floral), and average esters (fruity) with notes of peach and honey. Medium body, low warmth, carbonation, and creaminess with a sweet finish.

On tap @ the Brewpub, Rehoboth De-Cloudy golden color w/a moderate white head. Aroma of wheat & honey. Sweet flavors of honey, wheat, grass/grain, & light fruit. Long sweet finish. Enjoyable, but you really can’t drink too much of this one, a good after dinner sipper.
