Sep 11, 2004 An unclear dark orange beer with a small orange head. The aroma is of caramel and alcohol and is quite sweet. The flavor is dry with notes of caramel and alcohol.

Nov 23, 2004 Bottled. Deep golden colour, no head. Sweet and vastly malty. Sugary, but that does not disturb. Enough hops to overpower the sweetness. Bitter finish. Very enjoyable.
There is no way I could guess tthis beer was 15%.

Jun 15, 2006 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, pale amber golden with a creamy, white head. A nose full of both citrus and caramel. Extremely full-bodied with accents of peaches, vanilla and caramel and an extremely warming alcohol. Some aroma hops but not really bitter. Quite lovely. 110606

May 6, 2003 Blazing golden brown. You can tell by the colour that only pale malts were used, but I wouldn't have guessed Maris Otter. Light fruit note, with a little bit of toastiness. Sweet palate with alcohol burn coming through. Fading leafy hop on the left. Too simple to be a top-flight barley wine.

Jun 30, 2007 RBSG07. From 75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange. Aroma is clear raisins. Very sweet flavour of raisins, alcohol shines through. Finish is sweetish and strong. Very enjoyable for sipping.
