Bottle, pours a clear beer with a light fluffy head. Aroma is sweet ginger and fruit. A spicy beer with a dry finish. reminded me of the JuJu Ginger

Pours a clear honey with a compact bright white head. Smells clean, of ginger and yeast. Nice long finish - starts off dry and finishes bone dry on the palate...

Pours clear, bright copper w/a great pillowy head retention from the 750ml. bottle: Aromas of ginger and hay. Medium bodied and oily throughout. Flavors of hard candy, apple, pineapple, ginger spice, fresh hay, fresh yeast, sweet caramelized malts, and florals... all mixed together with some Wheaties. Drinkability: Multi-dimensional- sweet & spicy. Rebuy: Yes. #178 on 01112009, DG.

750 ml 2009 bottle. Poured a rusty copper clear body with a small steady volcano of carbonation rising from the dead center of my glass, brigth white bubbly head. Aroma is rather complex with notes of ginger, spicey pine, belgian yeast, candi sugar. Medium bodied with average carbonation and a medium lingering aftertaste. Flavor has lots of belgian yeast, slight ginger, fresh grains, floral notes yet slightly dry. I gotta say I wasn’t expecting much from this one but it is a pleasant slow sipper that I would gladly bring out to show off the complexity of a well thought out beer. Good job Sam!!

750 ml. clear orange with light textured but medium to thick white head. Floral aroma mainly of ginger, notes of caramel and orange peel, yeast is very prevalent. Taste is sweet and dominated by ginger with lighter notes of fruit and caramel malt. Interesting brew.

750ml bottled in... can’t read it. Pours a clear glowing rich golden copper with a fizzy foamy white sudsy froth. Aroma is some ginger, grainy pale malt and I think I can smell rice. Flavor is actually not bad, I was expecting something cloying, flavor is a nice blend of crisp fairly clean malt sweetness, ginger, light yeast and rice, actually blends very nicely, quick finish leaving a slightly longer lasting ginger and then a yeasty aftertaste. Medium bodied with crisp carbonation, lively, and finishing quite dry. I enjoy this beer.
