A hazy orange beer with a fine off-white head. The aroma is of alcohol, ginger, oranges, and cloves. The contains loads of ginger and is very sweet, and is very carbonated, but also contains notes of caramel and alcohol that runs over the tongue. A very special, but very nice beer.

(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy amber with tiny, floating impurities. Small, rough head. Soft yet spicy ginger in the nose. Low carbonation and a pleasant, smooth mouthfeel. Medium body with sweet malt and spicy accents - the ginger really shines through. Almost no bitterness. 060706

Contains blue cornmeal (NA), quinoa (SA), muscavado sugar (Af.), crystalized ginger (Aus), pilsner malt (Eur.), water (Ant.), and blue rice (Asia). Sparkling gold colour. Spicy, grainy, lightly flowery aroma. Wood, honey notes precede a grainy, herbal thrust and alcohol notes in the finish. An odd cat, this.

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy amber body with a large rocky light butterscotch head. Aroma of ginger, the produce section of the grocery store, sugar cookie dough, and pixi sticks. Would make a suitale palate cleanser for sushi with all of the ginger. Lively carbonation with some spoiled vegetable aftertaste and an extra dry finish. Certainly a palate killer.
