Aroma of straw and bready yeast. Pours light golden yellow with foamy white head. Taste is mellow and sweet at the start and the hops bite, but then there is a lingering peppery bitterness that goes beyond hops. Interesting.

Best way to describe it is a mellowed out Midas Touch.... Sweet honey and grape flavor with mild hop finish... Delicious....

Wow, pretty dissappointed. Pours golden with fluffy white head, aroma of some fruity yeast, maybe the slightest berry hint, not much goin on here. Taste is a little fruity with some belgian hints, a little bit of a dry bitterish finish, pretty bland altogether upset I waited for this and upset I paid the money for it. Save your money and just get something more flavorful this is boring.

Interesting. A very different taste. Smells nice, tastes of grapefruit and champagne. A little bit of citrus. Strange aftertaste though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Was it good, yes. Was it worth the money, probably not. Aroma left somethign to be desired and was a bit nervous...but it had a nice blend of sweet/bitter/sweet taste.

Bottle at the Christmas tasting. A deep golden color with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty malts and honey. The flavor comes off as a sweet golden ale with some light Belgian yeast. Light fruit, not distinguishable as currant. OK.

Pours macro-lager style; straw colored and a slight, white head that fades quickly, leaving no lacing. Smells of alcohol (almost Gin-like aroma) and a fruity maltiness. Taste is roasty and fruity, the fruit is a bit rotten tasting though. A slight hint of currants in this, but not much. A little tartness, but not as much as expected. Itís a little hot, with a residual sweetness. It tastes decent, but I would have expected a hell of a lot more from something with DFH and PJ sharing the same label. Seems they like Miles Davis a bit more than they do PJ.
