COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Faithfull Ale is a celebration of Pearl Jam’s 20th anniversary and their seminal album Ten – In recognition of these milestones this Belgian-style golden ale is delicately hopped to 20 IBUs and fruit-forward from 10 incremental additions of black currants over the course of the one hour boil.

Beige head reveals notes of Belgian yeast and sweet currants. Taste is blasé with nothing being dominant or amazing. If I was pearl jam I’d ask th to call it something different because their music is 100 times better than this beer.

This had to be one of the biggest disappointments. Bitter astringency with some Belgian yeast flavors and maybe a dollop of malt sweetness coming through with a closing bite of rubbing alcohol

1 PT. 9.4 FL OZ. Poured clear gold with a mild white head, some lacing. Aroma of fruit, yeast and some alcohol. Flavor start sweet, similar to wine, some fruits balanced with some malts and spices. Dry finish, tasty beverage.

...got it for 5$ at an end of the world party. Glad I didn’t buy it. Slightly fruity aroma, but no flavor. Tasted like a weak Belgian with a dry finish.:

[4783-20120916] 1pt9.4floz. Odd fruity yeast and gingerale white wine aroma. Hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Grainy bitter fruit pip flavour. Medium body. Average. (6/3/6/3/12) 3.0

25.4 oz. Bottle purchased in 2011 from Chuck’s 85th Street Hop Shop, Ballard, Seattle, Washington for $15.99. "Ale Brewed With Currants--20 IBU’s". Lacy lasting quarter inch bright white head. Clear pretty bright yellow gold color. Light Belgian yeast aroma with hints of Currants and mild hop notes. Tight sediment hazes brew slightly. Clean mild sweet fruit lick black currant Belgian Golden Ale body. Very nice medium texture. Clean mellow sweet smooth Belgian end. Very smooth and tasty. Aged nicely. (4.25 / 5.0).

Serving: 750 ml. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a clear gold color with a large white head. The nose has a bit of grain and berry to it. The flavor reminds me of a grainy blonde ale with a slight currant and berry undertone. Not particularly remarkable. Light in body with higher carbonation. I don’t get the Belgian influence or much from the currants.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma was fruity, bready, and yeasty. Flavor was very fruity with pale malts, bread yeast, citrus and grains.
