ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold beer, little white head. Palate is semi dry with very fine carbonation. Lagerish malt. There are subtle fruits here - very subtle. Dry lagery finish. Not bad.

Tap at The Pony Bar, NYC. Pour clear gold with a frothy, white head. Zesty citrus aroma, all orange and lemon, with some mild doughy malts. Medium to big sweet flavor, fresh lemon and clementine, light hay, mild bitterness. Medium to full bodied with average carbonation. Lightly warming finish, more pronounced doughy malts here, ripe lemon, light floral bitters. An interesting beer that, I think, works quite well. A bit surprised by the other ratings.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of fall spices (pumpkin, nutmeg), feint berries and mild sweetness. Flavour of feint berries, mild sweetness and the aforementioned spices. Pretty boring and unspectacular.

Capped 750 from The Davis Beer Shoppe in Davis, CA as Pearl Jam Twenty Faithfull Ale. Pours gold with a foamy near white head. Aroma of herbs and berrys. Med body more or less. Flavor is pale malt with some "jammy" currants. In some aspects it’s like there was cactus in this. Quite drinkable. Quite different. Quite unremarkable.
