COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brother of FedEx Mild is a clean crisp lager brewed with a Japanese Hop called Sorachi Ace. We used 20 lbs. of this hop straight from the vine to give the beer a bright, pleasant lemony aroma with some subtle spiciness. The Lager has a deep golden color and plenty of hop flavor without too much bitterness. This brew-pub exclusive will pair well with our Calamari or any light seafood dish. The name Piston Honda comes from Mike Tyson’s Punch Out!! Video game.

On tap at the Rehoboth brewpub. (Nov 5th) Poured into a lager glass. Light yellow/orange in color small head. Aroma was light lemon and grassy hops. Taste was pretty much the same. Light touch of lemon and grass hops. It was sweet but still had a crispness to it. The taste didnt linger at all. For a lager I thought it was good. I really enjoy the japanese hops that this beer uses.

On tap @ Rehoboth Brewpub-Cloudy golden color w/almost no head but lacing which lasted thru the brew. Citrus hop aroma. Had a pretty strong hop bite up front w/flavors of lemon & spice, but that was about all there was. Just didn’t deliver, was too one dementional. Finish was almost non existant, some weak lemon flavor. I’d recommend the Lawnmower Light over this one, if that’s what you’re looking for.
