12oz bottle - Nice deep orangy color with a spicy nose. Cinnamon and pumpkin flavor, but not amazing (at least compared to the Smuttynose Pumpkin).

12 ounce bottle: Pours a clear orange with a thin head. Bright pumpkin/spice (cinnamon) nose, watery mouthfeel and a thin lightly bitter ending. Not too bad, but I can't picture buying it again.

UPDATED: OCT 11, 2005 Burnt orange/amber with no head. Aroma of nutmeg and cinnamon with other spices. Flavor of rich, sweet pumpkin pie with a hint of smokiness. There’s a nice alcohol warmth in there too. Really tasty beer to go with the increasingly chilly fall evenings.

Tap: great pumpkin ale! Could be the best seasonal ale that I've had. Lots of pumpkin and cinnamon flavors but not overpowering.

For a pumpking ale I think it is all there, however I am not a fan of them.

Burnt orange color; no head because this was a cask pour; Nose was stinky, yummy pumpkin. Potent. Cloyingly sweet- but the fullest pumpkin ale I have had.

Not as much pumpkin flavor as I expected, full-bodied ale, the aroma of course smelled of pumpkin, the color had an orangy tint to it, otherwise on the light-copper side, kind of disappointed in this because I expected to be hit in the mouth with all kinds of pumkin in the beer, but was still a decent seasonal brew

Punkin-licous! Pumpkin spiced flavor and aroma, nice golden color and well balanced flavor.
